The work started at 8am on a Saturday and wrapped by 4pm that afternoon with our car successfully charging without issue. They handled permits with the city and provided guidance when I met with the inspector and the permit was approved. Our project required trenching and a ~70ft run to a detached garage and the plug-in team handled it no problem. I have videos to prove and they only have the ability to rebel so we will be notifying Yelp about their services and their acts of rebellion. Getting on the phone with me and begging me to remove my post and telling me that you're the best in Los Angeles shows that your ego is bigger than your work because your work speaks for itself. Regardless whether that panel is electrified or not, the mess was still made and the panel outside even while it's raining was left unhinged. I'm so sorry that you have to be this way. Again being the best is just a matter of an opinion of one person there's always someone better out there than you. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say that this company is really first rate. I had them put in my Tesla Home charging station about a year ago but a few days ago my charging station had an error saying that there was no power to my unit. I checked the panel with the breaker nearest the unit, but it didn't seem to solve the problem. I called them to ask them to come and check out what it could be. They had planned to come after the Fourth of July weekend. During the weekend, however, one of the workers called me saying that he remembered my house even from a year ago and remembered that there was another main panel of breakers that actually had switches that controlled my unit. And he asked that I try those breakers in case they were the ones actually tripped. I had indeed also vaguely sort of remembered this and had checked that panel already, but it didn't appear to have any breakers that were switched off. But he told me that sometimes it can be hard to tell and he remembered that the breakers looked like they were four that were connected by a metal bar. So when I got back home, I did indeed check those and sure enough. It did seem like one of them was tripped, even though it was not visually obvious. I switched them off and then back on and low and behold my charging station now worked. These guys are truly dedicated scrappy no nonsense professionals. For him to have remembered over a holiday weekend and go to the trouble of calling me on a Sunday was exceptional service. It saved me time and a trip from them having to come out even though they probably could've charged me for it since it had been a year since they originally installed it. I had chosen them in the first place after getting multiple quotes from other companies and they were really the most reasonable in cost. They ultimately also exhibited extreme confidence and knowledge compared to the other companies who sometimes had other beliefs and were uncertain of rules and regulations. He came in equal to my lowest bid, BUT also with city permit work required for the LADWP rebate.
