I called ahead to ask if I could come in for a walk-in, and was told that they're not busy and I could definitely come in. I had to explain to the cashier that I literally JUST called and asked if I could come in, and was told that I could. With a dramatic sigh, she pointed me to the back of the store. Clearly, customer service is not your strong suit. Next, you butchered my hair. I asked for shoulder length, and I got chin length. There's a big difference, especially considering that my hair was almost waist length to start. The hair dresser was not looking at my head while cutting my hair, but having a conversation with someone instead. You talked about how you couldn't wait to get out of work so that you could enjoy the weekend. I hope that you were rushing through my haircut to get out of work quicker, because if that's how you regularly cut hair....just wow. I asked for sideswept bangs, and was told no. I'm sorry, but every single other hairdresser I've seen since high school has recommended bangs for me. I've had a sideswept bang for the last five years. And if I ask for bangs, it's okay to give your opinion, but if I decide to go against your wisdom, you should probably still give me bangs instead of repeatedly telling me no. The second time you said no, I gave up. Your prices might be low, but so are Supercuts, and they actually did a better job on my hair when I went there. Ouch. I chose shampoo and cut since I didn't have much time. There was no wait. Ivana was the person who cut my hair. She was nice except she kind of wanted to persuade me into not getting layers. However I left her a good tip since she explained that store doesn't want hairstylists to dry customers hair. If they opt out of the "style " option. Which didn't make sense because a blow out is different from letting someone leave with their hair wet in the middle of winter. So although the cut was cheap make sure you ask about drying you hair. But you get what you pay for.

I expressed my dissatisfaction before leaving the salon and again afterward via text message. I explained clearly that I was unhappy with the results and that the style did not meet my expectations or the standard that had been promised. Unfortunately, I did not receive any apology or meaningful attempt to resolve the situation.

Everything I stated in my original review is factual, and I have documentation, photos, messages, and receipts to support it. Before my appointment, I communicated clearly about my hair and the style I wanted. I sent photos of my natural hair and multiple reference pictures/videos of the exact look. I was told--clearly--that the style could be done. That is the entire reason I booked the appointment. When I arrived, I was not even serviced by the stylist I originally booked. I was taken by you instead. I gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming that as the owner, you would be more experienced. I again showed the style and explained the details: no part, minimal leave-out, wispy bang, soft layered finish. At that point, there should have been no confusion. I brought three bundles of 26" double-drawn hair, which is more than enough for a full quick weave. I was then told it wasn't enough and pressured to buy more hair--including a 16" bundle that did not match my lengths at all. That alone did not make sense. Instead, I went out of my way to purchase additional hair and have it delivered, which was an added expense and inconvenience that I should not have had to deal with. During the service, you repeatedly asked me where I wanted a part--even though the style I showed you had no part. That should have been a clear sign that the style was not being followed. Despite me explaining this multiple times, a side part was still created. From that moment, the foundation of the style was already wrong. The layering was not done correctly. The style required blended, detailed layers, and what I received looked uneven and unstructured. The technique used did not produce the look I asked for, and it was very clear by the end that the hair was not shaped properly. The service also took significantly longer than expected for a "quick weave," which further reflects the lack of efficiency and control during the process. Another major issue was the excessive use of product. I specifically spoke up about the wax stick being applied repeatedly because I did not want my hair to look greasy. That concern was dismissed, and the final result reflected exactly what I said would happen--my hair looked overly shiny and greasy instead of natural and polished. The bang was completely wrong. I clearly stated that I did not want a side bang. The style I requested had a light, wispy bang. Instead, I was left with a heavy, one-sided bang that did not fall properly due to the incorrect structure and track placement. Trying to fix that by cutting more was not a solution because the issue was not length--it was the way the style was built. Let's also address the condition of the install itself. Tracks were showing.Glue was visible.The finish was not clean or professional. Those are not "preference" issues. Those are basic quality issues that should not happen. The final result did not resemble the style I showed--at all. Now let's talk about professionalism. I expressed my concerns before leaving. I also followed up afterward to clearly communicate that I was unhappy with the result. At no point did I receive an apology, accountability, or a genuine attempt to fix the situation. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the response has been to downplay my experience, which is not acceptable. I was charged $267 for a style that I could not wear. I had an event that same night, and I did not even attend because of how my hair looked. I had to cover it with a hat. That defeats the entire purpose of getting my hair done. No client should leave a salon feeling that way--especially after clearly communicating what they wanted and being reassured it could be done. This is not about being "hard to please" or having unrealistic expectations. This is about:- Not receiving the service that was agreed upon- Being charged for work that did not meet professional standards- Having concerns dismissed during the process- And receiving no resolution afterward If the style could not be done, that should have been communicated upfront. I would have respected that and made a different decision. What is not acceptable is saying you can do something, charging for it, and then delivering something completely different. My review stands, and I have every right to share my experience so other potential clients can make informed decisions. Accountability matters, especially in a service-based business. BBB and PayPal will handle this moving forward. It's sad that you lied the way you did but that's expected from a person who has the amount of armpit hair growing from under your arms such as you do.

    Incredibly bad quality. Received the wig and it had MULTIPLE split ends. It also had clear signs of…read morecolor damage that had been colored over (the weird orange strands we've all seen before in low quality wigs). I paid an additional $400 to send it back and have a new frontal placed on the wig and received a wig that had the exact same split ends all over the frontal. The first time she blamed me because I took too long to reach out (I was traveling for a personal event that the wig was supposed to be for but didn't arrive in time for me to be able to use it). The look initially looked fine, but once I washed it, whatever product she had on it washed out with it and a billion split ends appeared. The second time, instead of blaming me, she said that all the short choppy pieces are "natural fly aways" that appear in all wigs and that I should take it to a professional wig assessor (????) who will tell me that it's totally normal for frontals to come with lots of broken short pieces. She once again wanted me to jump through multiple hoops and tried to claim that I had expected the replacement frontal for free even though I was the one who asked if I can pay for a new frontal to be placed on. She told me to prove it, and once I sent her screenshots of our own conversation, she went silent. DO NOT BUY anything from her. The hair is NOT raw and is littered with issues. She used to have reviews on her website, but removed the option because other people complained about the quality. The first 3 wigs I purchased from her were fine, but this last one had all the issues that other people complained about. All together, I spent $2k on a crappy wig. She shared a video of A wig and said that it was mine, but had no proof that it was what she sent me, and when I pointed out where mine looked different, she just insisted it was the same video. The quality is not where it should be for the price point, and I would hard avoid. She cited the fact that I had trimmed the wig as me being a scammer, but I trimmed the wig because the bottom 2 inches were scraggly, thin, and see through, which should've been my hint that the whole thing would be a problem. I will never buy anything from her again. The wig was also insanely thin at the lace like it had been severely over plucked. Running your fingers through it had the knots coming undone. The return policy is also insane (for a reason. She knows she's scamming people) and literally taking the wig out of the box and running your fingers through it is enough to void the return. She does that for a reason, because the only way you'd know that the wig is problematic is to.... Take it out of the package. She kept trying to get me to send her pictures of myself wearing the wig which I straight out refused because it literally violated her own stated return policy.
