I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.

I call Amazing Poolz because Roman Pools did not work on my brand of heater. I called on a Friday…read moreknowing it might be Monday before they could come out. Rhonda said if they don't come on Saturday they would be there Monday, they would call when on the way. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call, Tuesday no call, so I called the original people who put the heater in and made an appointment. Tuesday, at 5:30pm someone shows up at my home without calling and says, "Jim sent me over to see what is going on with the heat, I won't be fixing it today". The guy goes into the pool house, squats down, touches nothing and says ok, someone will call you. I told Rhonda there was no display turning on. Two days later "Jim" calls and says, the display is bad and he needs a credit card to order the almost $400 part! Ummm NO, your guy didn't even touch my heater how could he know it's the display. A few days later Affordable Pool and Spa came out and actually diagnosed it as being a bad transformer. Thank goodness I didn't go with Amazing Poolz. OH, but wait, today I got a bill for $145 for a water heater diagnoses, I'm glad I was standing right there when he was "diagnosing " my non working display. Please stay away from this company!

The…read moregentlemen called back and gave me some basic info including to leave our pool level where it is (Do not fill up and add opening chemicals) and advised me to call back when I was ready to schedule. Since my husband knows more about pools I had him call back so that he can confirm everything, especially the water level. The date arrived and we were scheduled from 10-12 for a time slot. By 12:30 no one had shown up so my husband called to inquire. He was advised that the person answering the phone wasn't there when the crews went out so she couldn't tell him why they weren't there. Fast forward 3 more hours and I called from work because no one had shown up yet. I was put on hold and I finally hung up after about 10 minutes. I then called back- At first they couldn't even find us on their list, and then they chatted and came back and advised that they had a truck break down but that they will still try to make it out today or will call me back to reschedule. A couple of hours later (5:30 and they close at 6) I still hadn't heard from anyone and no one had arrived. So, I called back and was advised that it was possible they might still show up, but that I would be placed on the list for the next day too. I advised that was fine, as long as someone came the next day because our water was already getting cloudy. Shortly after someone called my husband and advised that they are NOT coming out tomorrow and that we need to raise our water level before they come out....even though we were advised by them that we shouldn't initially. Given that they didn't show for our Tuesday appt and then cancelled our Wednesday appt I wasn't happy. On Wed my husband filled up the pool and then by Thursday my husband located the leak himself. Since we now knew what the issue was, we called and scheduled an appt for Friday for them to come out. Surprise! They didn't show Friday or Saturday. And not a single person that I spoke to offered to call the repair crews to see if they would be able to make it out- they repeatedly just told me to call Tim the owner. Finally on Sunday, with additional calls from us they came out. During that time though, we got a phone call asking for additional information and they advised us that they wouldn't be able to come out that day too- turns out that they thought they were calling a different customer though....so that's probably another unhappy person. I just counted on my phone and I had 9 phone calls to either the office or the owners phone, and I know that my husband had several too. I held off on writing a review in case the company decided to try and make up for this horrible customer service experience by at least offering a little bit of a discount, maybe a free pool cleaning offer since our pool was in rough shape after sitting for almost a week, some of that over 80 degrees. I have worked in customer service for about 20 years and I can't imagine the type of work environment that would lead to this happening. I will say- the two young guys that came out to do the repair were friendly and efficient- my beef certainly isn't with them. I will also say- that this is the first time that I have EVER had such a horrible experience with a local company that I actually came onto yelp to write a review. A simple heartfelt apology would have went a long way, and even an acknowledgment along with the bill would have helped.....but the invoice came today and nothing.

Around 5 he did call back stating if I respond in ten minutes, he was in the area.. I missed his call and text (just didn't see it) I take blame for that. However, I'll called back at 6pm (apologized) and asked if I could get on his schedule. No response. Called and texted Monday. No response. Tuesday a one word response (tomorrow) its Friday, still nothing!! If he's this unprofessional, then I wouldn't want him working on my pool...
