Hot tub is still not working properly. Tried to speak to the owner - JJ. Called and left several messages. Never heard back from him. Called again today, he actually happened to be in the office. Wasn't willing to give me any break on pricing. Even though they had been out 2x's and my hot tub still doesn't work. He also likes to talk over his customers. Would never use this company again. Oh and by the way... Their trip charge of $185 is double what their competitors charge. That is probably why they have openings in their schedule when the competition is booking 2 weeks out.

I interviewed several companies and ended up giving the job to Anderson. The job ended up being just over $110k and I was told by Bob I would be getting a referral bonus from him. During the process I was on the site several times a week and even helped them on several occasions and over 2 years later I've yet to see any $$ and all I hear is crickets when i try to reach them. The job drug on for far too long and their guys set the mosaic design on the bottom crooked which was very noticeable. Yes there was some tension between the owners and bob but rightfully so. I did my part plus some but have been brushed off ever since. Sure it's a family business but maybe not the family you want to do business with.
