The menu has a variety of items, mostly your typical mainland American breakfast like parfaits, oatmeal, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, avocado toast, omelettes, sandwiches, and other things. It appears they also have some lunch items. I mostly wanted a drink, and was instantly drawn to the matcha latte. I think the iced one only comes in the 12oz cup because after ordering I realized I did not specify the size and I got the bigger one. It is $1.50 more for whipped cream which is a bit steep, but it was good and also a lot of it. The color (green) was a bit lighter than what I am used to, but that allowed for it to be creamier. I am not sure if they use real matcha or a syrup that it matcha flavor but the matcha was very subtle. Nonetheless, it was very good, especially after mixing in the whipped cream. The service was really good and quick, and our waitress was very kind. They speak both English and Spanish. My friends ordered lattes, the oatmeal, the parfait, and pancakes with eggs/bacon on the side. They were all also satisfied with their food.

Now that I'm mot consuming caffeine because I'm breastfeeding it is really hard to find a place that serves decaf with breakfast. It was still frustrating that they do not serve GF options so my only side plate option was fruit. Sadly since I'm Lactose intolerant as well & my baby too we couldn't order the oatmeal or maizena because is made with regular milk The restrooms don't have a changing station but they were so kind to find a spot for me to comfortably change the diaper. Chaplin's Benedict's were excellent. The hollandaise sauce gave a great kick to the plate without overwhelming the rest. The entire time she had a horrible attitude and seemed to grow increasingly frustrated as we asked about different things and selected different items. Once we completed our selections and walk back over to the cash register, we also ordered some drinks and because she was so angry about who knows what, she completely left off one of the drinks which I did not realize until they called us to pick up our drink order. She really needs to be given a lesson on customer service because that is not how you treat people that spend almost $80 on pastries and beverages at your establishment. The drinks were okay but it was 97° outside and there wasn't very much ice in the iced coffees and chai that order. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the pastries were indeed good when we enjoyed them at home with my family but I'm sadly disappointed that this was our experience because of such an unpleasant employee.

At some point early in the service I felt I needed my earplugs. So, I put them in. You order via QR code on the table from your phone. Then.....the...wait....begins. We're seated at 11:18am. Order in around 11:30am. We finally got drinks at 12:09pm (39min). Drinks were really good, had the Ginger Turmeric Shot, Chia Latte, Cappuccino & Passion Fruit Juice. We thought that was a sign of more good things to come. Food arrived at 12:41. 30min later. Now, after waiting for 1hr9min, if the food comes out and it's bangin', all is forgiven and the drop in service is just a small blip in the experience. However... The Food: Chai Pancakes Pumpkin Pancakes Veggie Scrambled Eggs The EGGS were good. But nothing I couldn't do easily in my own kitchen. The Chai pancakes were the worst pancakes I've ever had. The coffee is roasted right in their premises and it is rich, creamy, and bold. There's an indoor seating area that is air-conditioned, and a small courtyard with a large tree and a mural, and we chose to enjoy our breakfast there because it was a relaxing and more intimate spot. The service was a bit slow and the counter lady delivered a half pound of coffee that I purchased to our table but did not offer table service for our meal, which seemed a bit odd. However, the food was delicious.
