The store had pleasant Christmas music playing and the smell was something out of Ms. Claus's potpourri lounge. The young lady I approached at the counter was polite, courteous, and to the point. She answered my questions about gift wrapping and offered multiple variations and ideas. I came away with a pleasantly wrapped present with a cute little bow for one of my wife's Christmas presents.
