The rice and beans unfortunately lacked flavor, and I honestly couldn't finish them. My husband ordered the chicken enchiladas, but they accidentally brought him a tamale and chile relleno instead. I wanted to say something, but he just wanted to let it go and eat it anyway. The tamale was pretty good, and he didn't mind the chile relleno either. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not somewhere I'd personally rush back to.

I tried pozole for the first time, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, the pork was tender, and the hominy was cooked perfectly.
