More of a 3.5 ishhh for me. Service was great! They got our order out quickly considering how many different things in the menu we ordered. One thing I did appreciate about this place is the amount of meat you get on your taco. They are not stingy at all! Carnitas tacos for me were okay. I wanted to love it but it was a little dry and bland. When I added sauces it tasted a little better. I'd say like a 2.5/5 Gringas pastor- 4/5 I wished there was more pineapple I felt like it paired well with the meat. For there being cheese on top I expected it to be a little crispy but it wasn't. I still thought it was good. Gringas asada- 5/5 the asada meat was good Birria tacos with consume- 3/5- I felt like the Birria was a little bland and needed more salt. Still enjoyed it but didn't hit the spot. I did however wish I tried this dish as the QUESO BIRRIA- which there being cheese on it I think makes the taco a little more solid. So maybe I'll try that next time. Esquites - 5/5 it was delicious. All the sauces they had though were delicious so anything you paired it with tasted a little better. Overall this place I liked. Food was good, portion was large! I had the carne asada burrito, which was flavorful. Someone else mentioned it only came with a few chips, I didn't mind that and was appreciative of them coming on the side. I liked the salsa bar and the few options I chose. I also ordered the Jamaica which was flavorful and just the right amount of sweet. The place was dead when I walked in and no one else came or went by the time my to go order was ready. The guy at the counter wasn't very engaged and not helpful when I asked for suggestions or what was popular. This is located downtown. The decor has a fun artsy vibe with a descent amount of seating, high ceilings and colorful art. It's a order at the counter and get a number kind of place, so no table service. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The inside was really clean. I highly recommend the horchata. Unfortunately this place needs some help. The street tacos were okay. Pretty typical. It's a hard market because they are everywhere... so if you don't have something to set it apart it can fall through the cracks. I decided to order the loaded fries. I don't remember the name on the menu but it comes with everything on it. Loaded fries are my favorite side dish and was very disappointed. First of all, it was not cheap. Second, they use the frozen bagged Crinkle cut French fries. They were a soggy mess in 5 seconds. It was bland, I couldn't finish it. You need to deep fry the fries when they are paired with loaded toppings, it gives a crunch and doesn't become a soup. You do have to pay for chips for the table. I enjoyed the homemade quality they seemed to be but the avocado it came with was a very small portion. It did not feed the 4 person group. Overall, I don't see this place lasting. Especially the location it is in. Most Resturant's on this block turnover quickly. I hope they can manage, I think if they made some changes they could see some success. read more

The food here is so tasty and light and fresh and the price is right for a quick grab n go lunch. My only complaint is the chips. Every time I go seems like I get less and less chips. Yesterday I got 8 chips and so did my friend, so they seem to just consistently short you the chips. Other than that, great place! read more

Every asado burrito I have had here has been consistently great, and I made sure to try it at least several times before writing this review. We happened to park right in front of Quiero Mas tonight so we decided that it was fate and we needed to try it out! The menu is small and simple. I tried all three tacos, carne asada, al pastor, and pollo. The al pastor was my favorite. So much flavor in that one! They have a salsa bar so you can add the toppings you want on your tacos. The green salsa was really yummy. The owner came out to thank me for coming by. So I've received a few emails from this place and thought their food looked delicious, I finally brought my wife to get some steak plates and we were disappointed. The picture in the email had a big steak with grilled green onions, grilled jalapeño and grilled cactus, typical Mexican sides, well we got a plate with some diced up steak, corn, Pico, rice and beans and a side of tortillas. I asked about and showed the 2 employees the picture in my email and they looked like deer in headlights and said they did not sell cactus or have any grilled items as shown in he picture. Quiero Mas was recommended to me by another local Yelper and I knew I had to give them a go! I drove all the way from Lehi just to check them out and boy, I am glad I did. It was super easy to find and because of the time of day, I found parking without a problem. I do suppose it is harder to find parking when the businesses in the area are busier. I did have a bit of trouble opening the door so the guy had to come let me in. I saw a few other people have the same issue as I was eating--it seemed to be stuck. The guy ringing up my order recommended the burritos but I had already made up my mind before I arrived: Birria Tacos and Elote on the cop...but in a cup. They also had Jamaica which I thought was awesome because I have only been able to find Jamaica in more southern areas like Houston...so I ordered a glass of that too! The food came out super quickly. The Birria Tacos were a bit small but they were also less than $10 so I still consider that a win! They were packed with flavor and I loved the consume on the side as well. Now, the whole reason I came is because I have seen the trend of Mexican Street Corn and wanted to try it for myself. Not a lot of places I have been to offer it so I was excited to find a place that did offer it. I like all the ingredients within the dish so I thought I would love it...but I didn't :( I really didn't like it at all. I rarely don't finish my food and I didn't finish my cup of corn. One thing I will say though, is it seems like I just don't like this specific food and it has nothing to do with the way it was made. It was presentable and exactly what they said it would be. I am just not sure why I didn't like it. As for everything else, it was awesome. I really really really got a kick out of the decor inside. Order - Baja Pink Shrimp Tacos, Asada Gringas, and a side of Consommé. Starting with the shrimp tacos. The shrimp itself was chewy and the fried breading was soggy. Next, the Asada Gringas w/side of Consommé broth. There were no distinguishing flavor profiles between the ingredients. The only flavor is GREASE. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste of the food. Delicious! We've been trying all of the highly rated Mexican food places in Provo and Orem. So far, this is the best. We learned about this restaurant on Instagram. The first thing qe noticed was how expansive their menu is for a smaller fast casual place. My husband ordered the birria & al pastor tacos, both of which were delicious. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which I really liked, even though it was a relatively simple item. The chips and guacamole were amazing! They gave us enough to share as well as take some home for later. They also had a salsa bar with various flavors and spice levels. First time trying and between price, quantity, and quality I'd give this a low 5 star. The price and quantity is is great but the quantity suffered a bit. The tortilla was a bit stiff and hard.
