Mi Tea is somewhat of a hidden gem downtown. It's located in a cool spot in the historic Philtower Building at 5th & Boston. I've been wanting to check it out for a while and finally had the opportunity. We went to an open mic night and the place was buzzing. I've seen a variety of different events hosted here, from live music nights to popup events. I'm a fan of the chill, relaxing vibes - I can see it being a great place to work/study, have a meeting, or just relax with some delicious tea. Despite being rather busy at the time, the staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to tell us about the menu and tea selection. The menu offers a great assortment of organic, caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks. In addition to tea, they also have a selection of oils and other health and wellness supplements available for purchase. The drinks are excellent! We tried one with strawberry hibiscus and another with lavender. I can't remember the actual names but both were delicious. It can be ordered hot or iced. We got ours iced and it was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Will definitely be back for a hot drink when I'm in the mood for something soothing. Would definitely recommend coming here for the wonderful, unique atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty drinks.

This tea lounge is in the Philtower Buildiing, one of my favorite ones downtown. It used to be an Italian restaurant but they've really maximized the space to create great sitting areas. I can see people wanting to sit and work here. The owner was so nice, friendly, and helpful. She explained the extensive tea menu to me and after telling her I didn't want caffeine in it, she suggested the Me Time with dried apples, almonds, cinnamon, raisins, beetroot and vanilla. It was absolutely amazing and delicious. I got it hot but you can also order it iced and even add boba to it. At first, I thought it was just a tea place, but after talking to the owner, she educated me on a lot of the other things they offer. Besides organic tea, they also sell sea moss, oils, and other supplements. The sea moss gel was the most fascinating thing I learned about. Apparently putting a teaspoon of it in a tea, smoothie, or other drink helps cleanse the system and has other benefits like being anti-inflammatory and supporting gut health. I'll update this review after trying it!

My 5th place in one day & second city stop. I indulged in The "Amen" herbal tea with hibiscus tea / lemonade from Mi Tea Lounge it was so refreshing replenishing to my body. This is a black owned business in the heart of downtown Tulsa Oklahoma. I loved the owners that also are into the arts and music scene in Tulsa! They offer seamoss gels, candles, healthy food options for grab and go needs. They have an upstairs lounge area as well! That's where my bestie and I enjoyed live music and danced! Oh and I personally have both of those paintings they have hanging! Beautiful choices . I will go back to try another cold herbal tea and hot one!

    The menu

Omg I had the best tasting cold tea today . After I left the gym I decided go by the lounge and allowed them to go with their choice of tea. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the vibe is always right . I ended up getting a Hibiscus Lavender tea that was so I almost turned around and got another one I also had the spinach turkey wrap with chips I definitely would get it again. The Service was 100/10 very nice people and really good teas .

This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! (5/5)

Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.

It's the juiciest, most delicious thing you'll ever eat and it will keep me coming back with one caveat: BYOK (bring your own knife), it's only forks up in here. All the drinks we tried were excellent, but make sure you go no sugar or low because, wow they were sweet even at low. The new mango coconut is a must. Atmosphere here is very weird, it's dead quiet, no music. Really need those knives. Not many napkins available, and they're not at the tables. You have to get the employees to open the bathroom. Feels kind of dark inside. There's random jerry-rigged ac units on tables. Stacks of old books blocking the natural light, are they decor? A few changes, this place could be stellar.

I had a few questions and the young woman behind the counter was very helpful to me since I don't usually drink these sort of things or eat the taiyaki. There are claw machines at the front and back and sketchbooks with colored pencils on every table so you can draw while waiting for your food. The service is friendly - you order at the front counter and get a buzzer that buzzes when your food is ready at the pickup counter. The boba drinks are good. They have a decent selection of milk teas and fruit drinks as well as toppings. The boba pearls are done right, freshly made so they are soft and chewy like they're supposed to be. Once I ordered popping boba on accident (honey boba on the menu) thinking it was regular boba sweetened with honey and did not like it. They graciously switched it out with regular boba for me which I truly appreciated. My one recommendation would be to adjust the sweetness level if you prefer lighter drinks. The last time I visited I forgot to ask and it was a bit on the sweet side for me. I've also ordered poke and teriyaki bowls from them before and it was ok. The food was fine, it just didn't stand out to me. I usually come here for the drinks but would give the food another try given the good service and atmosphere. They have ramen, rice bowls, and appetizers like chicken karaage and kimchi fries. Overall I'd recommend Gung Ho as a solid hangout spot that's centrally located with good drinks and plenty of food options.

I came in on 3/11/25 at around 6:30 PM and they were out of ALL baguette sandwiches. I was told that they had a large order earlier during the day so I got the taro tiger, their fresh milk tea series. This was a DISAPPOINTING drink. It did not taste like a fresh milk tea but tasted rather powdery. If you look at the cup closely, you could see small white clusters throughout. I did not get fresh milk like I have ordered so I felt let down. This, in addition of being out of baguettes was not a good visit, and I probably won't return.

The Dutch Crunch Sandwich was packed with turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, arugula, and avocado mayo on dutch crunch bread. They don't skimp on toppings at all, there was plenty of turkey and bacon, and every bite was flavorful. Dalton's Double Deuce was another standout. Ham, egg salad, olive tapenade, and arugula on a fresh Italian roll. It felt like a grown up version of an egg salad sandwich. The olive tapenade adds a great punch of flavor, though it leans a little salty. And the cookies... unbelievably good. Truly some of the best cookies I've had. The Brown Sugar Cookie has a gooey center and deep caramel flavor, and the Oatmeal Cookie without no raisins, surprised me, I didn't miss the raisins at all.
