    Green enchilada.
    Ben W.

Ordered early on Sunday afternoon, but there is only one cook in the kitchen so it's taking a little longer for us to get our food. The servers are kind and friendly. I ordered the enchilada with green sauce, first time trying the green sauce. The food was great tasting. I really enjoyed the green sauce on the beef roll. I would order again

It is my first time trying this place. Pretty cool and chill and food is tasty. I like the torta I ordered it comes with chips with refried beans on top and salsa. They can customize your food, just ask the lady at the counter. Only thing I noticed was the prices on the menu is missing, they should add prices and that is it! Recommend it if you are in the mood of El Salvadorian food.

It was right next door to my appointment and I thought I'd give it a try while waiting for my mom to finish up with her pedicure. They are $3.50 per tamale and it took approximately 10 minutes for my order of two to come out. I think they were steaming them. The restaurant was quite large and there was only one other customer there at about 4 PM on a Thursday. They had the ARV playing on the TVs and have bar seating. The service was friendly. Tamale is 8.5/10: it's packed with a lot of really fun, filling items, like a green bean, potato, olive, and hominy with white meat chicken. The chicken is a little bit dry. But the tamale is very flavorful!

They have remodeled their seating area so more people can fit and dine in. I decided to get a breakfast plate since it was still morning. I went with their "huevos Rancheros" that is served with refired beans, cream, cheese and fried plantains. I asked for a side of bread which was nice and toasty upon arrival. The plate's presentation was simple yet served neatly. The only downside was their refried beans seemed to be on the watery side but still tasted good. For my drink, I went with a hot coffee. Refills are offered for people dining in. The times I have visited, the place has not disappointed.

Carlos gave us some great recommendations so we ended up trying pupusas for the first time. It's made with a homemade corn dough. It's thicker than a regular corn tortilla and stuffed with ground pork and cheese. They have a variety of fillings. You can add salsa roja, a flavorful tomato-based sauce or habanero sauce. Served with Curtido, a tangy, fermented cabbage slaw. So crispy, cheesy and filling. It came burning hot - I could barely hold it. But, I would definitely order this again! We tried Desayuno Típico, a traditional Salvadoran breakfast, which came with casamiento (beans and rice mixed together), Salvadorean style chorizo, fried plantains, 2 eggs, avocado, fresh cheese and Salvadorean style sour cream and homemade corn tortillas.
