I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! Dr. Ashley Gordon Completely botched my breast augmentation. I was left with extremely hard lumps…read moreof galaflex all around the implants. I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

Dr Potter is a highly skilled microsurgeon. My outcome for DIEP post 6 weeks has been positive thus far. The caring the team shows is immense. Her PA Whitney and Bernaise are knowledgeable and fast to respond. Mary at her front desk was a patient so she give great encouragement understanding and support. I love the nurses!! Kathy! Samantha! Elaine! I know I am forgetting others. When I told Samantha that the expanders and the bras I had were so painful she made great suggestions and even had one in office for me to try and head home with. My surgeries were at St David's and went extremely well the nursing care I got post DIEP was absolutely fab very closely guided by Dr Potter's requirements. I recently started massage with Annaliese who is in Dr Potter's office twice a week to support patients. She is lymphatic and post surgical manual lymphatic drainage massage therapy certified. The front desk manager was very nice and apologized and explained that they only had one person to see people today and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting about 15 more minutes. I walked away and came back after about 5 more minutes and said that I would reschedule at a later date if I decided to. However, it is very concerning that the business is being run with such disrespect of other people's time. I don't want to say I've been needy or high maintenance ... it is my body and a permanent procedure, so I should feel empowered to ask any and all questions that I have. But I certainly have reached out a lot, and I've been really pleased with the care and attention I've received. Most importantly, I am certain that the WD team is totally and completely dedicated to their clients' health and safety. I went in for my procedure, and when the team realized that I had a family history of malignant hyperthermia, they immediately reassessed and rescheduled my procedure to a date and time when every possible precaution could be taken on my behalf. Rob, my anesthesiologist, was so empathetic -- he answered all my questions and assured me that the new course of action would prevent any adverse reactions to the anesthesia and even make my recovery a bit easier. I've not yet had my surgery, but thanks to the WD team, I'll be going into it with very little worry. I feel confident that my procedure and the recovery process will be as pleasant as all my other interactions have been thus far. If you're looking for bargains or quick-turn procedures, this isn't your place.
