It came to my attention there has been some recent bad reviews about Mia Bella. As a booth renter in this salon I would like to add a few things. I am a Hairstylst with 20 years experience, I am truly proud to be working at such a beautiful spa. There have been some recent changes going on with the staff, and I want everyone to know it is only changes for the better. Camie Dondero is an amazing business owner and very fair to her staff. I have been with her for the 11 years and plan on being there for a long time. Camie strives to make our work place a positive and professional experience for everyone that walks in the door, including with my own clients.Please disreguard what the previous reviews say and try it out for yourself. As a booth renter I do not benifit from writing this review, I just think it is a shame that people can't just move on with there life and be thankful for how much they have benifited from the opportunity and experience that they gained from Mia Bella. Mia Bella Spa is absolutely a wonderful place to go. I have never had such great experience at a salon. And I have visited a lot of salons. I get my eyebrows done every 4 weeks and get lots of compliments on them. The wax is the perfect temperature and the esthetician has an awesome attitude and personality. I haven't had one bad experience and I have had my brows butchered by other salons. I have had my hair done a few times and also brought friends there and they also loved their hair/brows. I had a massage recently and was so relaxing and comfortable. The girl was very polite and engaged in conversation and made it a relaxing experience. I love the services they provide and is the best salon around over all. The owner is on the floor greeting customers, they offer you a beverage while you wait, they are always on time with their appointments. Its just an overall great experience and have never had any type of negative time. Keep up the good work =) read more

I have lived in a lot of cities and never have I found a spa/salon I love as much as Mia Bella Spa!!! The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. The owner is an active part of the spa and she is wholeheartedly dedicated to ensuring that her customers always have the best possible experience. She staffs her salon with quality, dedicated, and above all, TALENTED professionals to help ensure this experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly courteous. I visit the spa on a weekly basis and have had virtually every service they offer (more than once). I have NEVER been disappointed with my experience at Mia Bella. When I walk in the door the receptionist always greets me by name and asks about recent events in my life I have casually mentioned on my previous visit, which makes me feel like the truly valued customer that I know I am at Mia Bella. I have been seeing Brianne since before she started at Mia Bella and followed her here from another salon. She is fantastic! She has so much experience with color, different hair types, and styles. She's helped me blend my grey hair and go from salt and pepper to a more stylish ash color and has smoothed my wiry hair with keratin in the past. She seems like she's seen it all and knows just what to do. I trust her completely! I always have a great experience and feel like I look better than ever when I leave her salon. She is a godsend! Finally I also want to add that I love that Mia Bella is an Aveda salon. I love the cleaner, high quality, environmentally friendly products. I've been going to an Aveda salon (a must for me!) for years and have collected so many points through their Pure Privilege loyalty program...can't wait to redeem them for my spa weekend in Antigua! Mia Bella Spa is Amazing. From the quality of services provided to the quality of the personnel working there, I could not be more impressed. I must admit I have a soft spot in my heart for everyone who works there. Last year, just after my (then 4 year old) son was diagnosed with leukemia, Camie immediately offered to do a fundraiser for my family. It was planned and executed solely by Camie and her staff, I was busy taking care of my family and making daily to weekly trips into Boston so I was of no help at all. The fundraiser was a huge success and I will always be grateful for their generosity and selflessness. While at the fundraiser I was given the very best hair cut EVER. My family gets their hair cut at Miabella. We love it. There are little touches that we get no where else. My son actually looks forward to his haircuts because his stylist gives him a spiky cut with some washable hair gel. It makes his week. My daughter cares a lot about her hair and is thrilled with the cut. We do not go anywhere else. We also enjoy other services like manicures and pedicures. While I love the services, the thing I like most about Miabella is the involvement in the community. We have a close friend whose young child has leukemia. The Miabella staff dedicated their Sunday to raise money for the family. It is a great thing to have such a wonderful business right in downtown Leominster. I highly recommend it! read more

Exceptional! I've had my hair, nails and waxing done at many a reputable salon. However, I must say that my experiences at MiaBella have been second to none. Going into the facial waxing, I expected the "usual" hair removal treatment but came out with the most amazingly, "naturally" perfect looking eyebrows imaginable. I didn't know that I could look so good. And as for my hair cut and color, the entire process was relaxing, fun and the compliments I received thereafter were worth far more than I paid. The products they suggested for the upkeep of my color were also exceptional and helped my color last longer than expected. I highly recommend this spa. I started going to the Gardner location and initially had a great experience with Jenny. But unfortunately she is no longer working there. My experience with the remaining staff has not been great. There is no one there answering the phones so it is like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of someone to book an appointment. Left messages and no one calls you back or takes days. Not a good way to do business. Tried to call the Leominster office to find out what was going on and did not feel they were very accommodating. Brianne Malloy at Mia Bella is amazing! I have followed her for years from her 2 previous salons to this one, which is farther from me, because I LOVE the way she does my hair! She is professional and knowledgeable. She recommends treatments based on the results I am looking for and always gets the cut and color just right when I vaguely describe the look that I want. My 3-year-old daughter and my husband both also get their hair cut by Brianne whenever possible. I cannot say enough excellent things about Brianne, I highly recommend her! read more

I have NO idea how anyone could have a bad experience here! I have been to a over a dozen spas in New England- some super expensive and extravagant- but Mia Bella is still my favorite. Close to home, reasonably priced, the most ridiculously RELAXING environment and very friendly, down-to-earth staff. I've had everything from massages to facials to pedis and have never left disappointed. Brianne has been my hairdresser for 5 years now, she is professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Recently, I made an appointment at Mia Bella for my son who suffers from clogged ears. I heard that the salon has a service that could help him. He was very nervous going in and, honestly, wasn't too keen on going to a"women's" salon. The staff put him at ease immediately. He was treated wonderfully and he was so comfortable, he fell asleep during the treatment! I know I will be going back for myself and I know he won't hesitate to go back either. read more

What a shame that Meagan does not work at this salon anymore. I only went there because of her, everone is so uppity. People come and go from there, from what I understand because of the owner and the way she treats the staff. It is uncomfortable in there because nobody gets along or is walking on eggshells.
