I wish I could give negative stars to this place. As soon as I walked in and saw it was empty I should've walked right out so this may be my fault to begin with. Any way, I asked for acrylic tips and a pedicure with gel polish. They rushed the entire time and gave me the most disgusting set of nails I've ever seen. The woman who did my pedicure continued to pinch me and make me bleed no matter how many times she heard me say ouch. Than they charged me $70 dollars even though I told them I felt rushed and they did a terrible job. As soon as the man who calls himself "Tom" swiped my debit card, he told me to get out. They were able to take my cousin and I very quickly as a walk in on a Friday late morning. We had gone for a relaxing moment after a week of hell preparing for my mother's wake and funeral. They were very nice... but our simple French manicure chipped within the day. The time taken on the manicure was super quick - we were in and out within 35 minutes including drying time! At the time, I just figured they were exceptionally efficient. Now...? Within the next 3 days, the white tips were completely gone. And my nails were sticky! The pink and top coat that was left kept picking up lint, and the pattern of any fabric or material that my nails touched (towels, sheets, etc) Im hoping this was just a one-off, as there were a few customers there that seemed like regulars... read more

As long as you do what the angry little man wants you to do you should be all set. If however, you try to communicate something simple, such as "please don't use the power sander on my real nails" he will get angry, tell you he's all set, and walk away. Not exactly the fun, pampering experience we usually get at a nail salon. The other manicurists (his daughters?) were very pleasant and apologetic, but Not enough to make me ever go back. I got an eyebrow wax yesterday, and it left my eyebrows totally screwed up. They are bright red and there are breakouts surrounding the area of the eyebrow which I didn't have before I got them waxed. They hurt and are super sensitive. I'm so upset they look terrible. read more

the man who goes by "tom" seemed very rushed and in a hurry and failed to do the color i chose for my nails. there was only two other people in the salons getting there nails done and when anyone walked in they refused service because they were "booked for the day". tom also told me to never get dips again because my nails were already "too thin to work with". when taking off my dips he pulled each of them off with his fingers and a not used acrylic nail to scrape it off. as you can imagine, this was very painful. lastly, the board in the salon said the price for a full set of acrylics was $25. tom regarded this and charged me and my friend $40 each. read more

I called to make an appointment I was in the middle of asking him a question and he just hung up on me! I called back to just make sure that it wasn't a mistake or a disconnection and he was rude again and said he didn't have time to talk because he was busy I told him to forget the appointment I'm all set because he was rude as hell!! First of all i just wanna say they can't do real acrylics. "Tom" did my nails and the first color i picked he couldn't find. He told me i have to pick another color instead of looking for it. So i picked another color and he took me in quickly. At the time, one of my real nails was falling off and i told him that it hurt, he proceeded to just rip it off with nail clippers and put tips on over it. The color was not the color i picked out. During the gel part the machine that you place your hand in was not staying on. Tom yelled at me to keep my hand still, when in reality he was shaking the shit out of the table. At the end he over charged me 40$ for the worst manicure i've ever had and made a rude comment about how keeping your hand still was easy. Don't go read more

I just came from T Nails. Worst service I have ever received. I made an appointment, I think it was the owner who helped me. He was distracted and seemed agravatied. He got up twice to say something to the women that were just standing around. But the worst was when he got up without saying anything to me in the middle of filing my nails to put water in the fish tank. I watched in disbelief for 5 minutes. I was the only customer in the place and there were 4 other people doing nothing. When I said something he told me he didn't want the fish to die. He didn't do a good job my nails have a bubble and it's not the color I picked. I should have walked out when he decided the fish needed water! I will never go back!! read more

I m forced here to rate so one star, ..but really...ZERO stars this place is GROSS! I have to dead black nails from God knows what fungus I got, and my feet scrubbed raw so badly I could barely walk for months! Then my finger nail blew up with a bad fungus infection, hurt so bad I could touch it for a week, FYI if you ever get a nail fungus , apple cider vinegar is the miracle cure... Went in to get a pedicure with my girlfriend. We sat down right away which was a plus and deserved the star. I had gel on my toes, which I told the lady. All she did was file as much she could and painted over the residue gel. The lady also asked if I wanted my nails cut, after taking my paint off two days later I realized she didn't even cut any of my toe nails except the big toes. SMH. Other than that, the guys that work there would walk around on the phone speaking so loudly, that is very unprofessional. My girlfriend and I couldn't stop starring at how loud he was speaking and walking around in the salon. The other workers also just speak across the room.. I will never go back here. read more

I am new to the area and really just wanted to treat myself to a gel mani and a simple pedi. Needless to say I woke up today with 1 of my big toes oozing clear liquid and really inflamed. I should have known that the prices and how empty it was, was too good to be true. I am really disappointed in myself for not doing my research. I go here to get my acrylics filled all the time its the best place and there designs are AMAZING. the men can be rude sometimes but overall there a quality nail salon. to get my nails filled and a design on every nail is $26 which is average. i am very picky when it comes to nail designs but this place never disappoints AMAZING. read more

Was waiting for a half hour for a pedicure and a gel manicure and after waiting that long 2 people walked in for a mani and pedi ...they waited about 10 minutes and then were taken to pedicure chairs before me. I waited an additional half hour in a pedicure chair while someone ate their lunch. Beyond upset that I had to wait this long when I should have been put first due to how long I had been there. I got in fast without having an appointment. That's the only positive thing I can say about my experience. I had a full set of acrylic nails put on. The guy who did them was rushing. He didn't take the time to remove the old nail polish thoroughly, or make sure that my nails were even. The girl that polished my nails was sweet and did a decent job. read more

I wish I could give half a atar. Aside from not taking off all the polish on my hands, grabbing a color I didn't want and painting so fast I didn't have a chance to figure out how to politely say I don't want that (it was a shellac besides), telling me I picked the wrong one and giving me a bajillion dirty looks,it was fine. FYI painting another coat over the top coat and sticking my hands back under is just not a good idea. Take pride in your work. Nothing was smoothed out, there were lots of holes and lines showing, it was completely rushed. I would have rather been told "we are closing come back tomorrow". Literally left and paid the extra somewhere else to take it off and get it done properly. Second place I went to couldn't believe I was polite and paid for it. Don't waste your time. read more
