    Margherita + pepperoni!
    Tracy M.

We saw this place on Texas Bucket List TV show & had to give it a try! This is NOT a food truck- more like a little portable with a window to order at. Friendly cashier- and helpful with choices! It looks like they will open the house-like building next door, but not yet, so no indoor seating. There are several outdoor tables. Many ppl got their order to go. Wow! A hard decision to make on what to order. There were so many specialty pizzas & toppings. You could have just about anything you could think of! We ordered a Margherita + pepperoni and it was great! One size , 8 slices. Great for 2 ppl with left overs!! We cant wait to go back!! Drinks were minimal- some canned sodas/water bottles. I saw a couple BYOB wine. Our new favorite pizza place!

Pizza Bianco (white pie) with spinach

Mia Marco's serves up amazing sourdough crust pizza in an unassuming location right off I-35. It's easy to miss, but definitely not to be missed! They're currently only operating out of a pick-up window, but have a restaurant built next door. Not sure when they're planning on opening for dine-in service. However, they have several tables outside so if the weather is nice, you can stay and enjoy your pie fresh out of the oven! I went for their Pizza Bianco with spinach, which was amazing. Sometimes I'm hesitant to order spinach as a pizza topping, as it can either be too wet or get burned in the oven, but they've perfected it at Mia Marco's. The crust is a sourdough crust, perfectly crispy and thin with a great chew. I highly recommend Mia Marco's to anyone looking for outstanding pizza in the San Antonio area!

Fantastic hospitality, and world champion quality pizza. Worth the trip from California for this pizza nerd.

Even though the restaurant is not open yet, you can order your pizzas to go. The staff is friendly and the pizza is delicious. The crust, the sauce and the cheese complement each other perfectly! You can tell they use only the best quality ingredients. I have seen them come out to grab fresh basil and parsley right outside their door. I created a monster: half cheese half bacon and pineapple with ranch dressing and red garlic and jalapeño flakes!

I was excited to learn about this place from my son, as we've not found a truly remarkable pizza in San Antonio. We loved Ms Ellies, but since it closed, nothing else has checked all the right buttons on our pizza meter. The crust was phenomenal....thin base, bubbled up charred edges, slight crisp on the surface giving way to the perfect chew. The sauce...perfect in its simplicity...just tomatoes and not much else, if anything....perfect amount of cheese (light) so it doesn't weigh down the pie. Fresh basil. Sopressata. It's a walk-up window, and some small seating areas outside... no dine-in option at present. I can't hold that against them. It's just where they are in their Journey so far. But I do look forward to the time that they have a dine-in area and wine to enjoy with their fabulous pizza.

Customer service here was amazing! BUT THE PIZZAS..... so tasty! The crust makes these pies. Thanks Mia Marcos for a nice family friendly atmosphere and great pizza.

OMG this review doesn't do it justice. We ordered the Pizza Bianco with spinach...so so tasty, the crust had the right amount of chew, the garlic, the spinach. Glad there is a slide or two left for breakfast. The other pie was new for us....Grandma's Pep. A Detroit style thicker crust with cupped pepperoni, Mia Marco's sauce and plenty of mozzarella. A bigger pie than we anticipated, would easily feed 4 adults. Delicious. Y'all hit it out of the park with this one. Tip for others who want to try the Grandma...they only make in Da Cheese and Da Pep...allow extra time for prep. At the end of the evening...everybody gave both pies two thumbs up. Thats why we keep going back to Mia Marco's! Great job team!

    BoBo pizza with easy cheese

I love trying new pizza places, and Mia Marco's did not let me down! I ordered the BoBo (Mushroom) pizza with easy cheese from their pickup window right when they opened for the day. The girl taking my order could have been friendlier, but she may have been having an off day, I try not to judge. She told me it would be about 20 minutes and they would text me when it was ready, so I popped down the highway to pick up a salad at HEB. There really is nowhere to wait for your order right now except outside in the hot sun. Mia Marco's needs to put in some shaded benches for those waiting to pick up. I went to HEB and came back in about 25 minutes but my pizza still wasn't ready. It was another 5 minutes (so 30 total) before my pizza was ready, which feels a bit excessive since I was the first person to place an order, so there was no one ahead of me. I took the pizza home to eat since, again, currently there is nowhere to sit since the actual restaurant isn't open yet (side note: they need to put signs in the window of the restaurant pointing customers to the pickup window. I was confused when I got there about where to go to order). The pizza was very, very good! The sauce is a real stand-out, with a rich tomato taste and thick texture. I will say that when I asked for "easy cheese" they apparently thought that meant NO cheese. There was only the tiniest sprinkle of romano over the top of the pizza, no mozzarella at all, which was disappointing and is why only 4 stars. It is a testament to how good the rest of the ingredients are that I still enjoyed my pizza. The mushrooms have a lovely woodsy flavor and the basil provides a needed herbacious quality. I will definitely be back, but next time I will call to order before heading over so I don't have to wait in the heat.

First time eating their, but it won't be the last! I can't even properly describe how pleased I was when Ithe pizza. The crust is on point! Nice and the, just the way I like it. After a two year wait, they will be in the building next to the good truck, very soon! By far, the bestthat I've eaten, in the Cibolo/Selma/Schertz/Universal City area!

I was looking forward to this place. When the kids pick on…read morepizza night, they go with the big franchises- Pizza Hut, dominos, little ceasers. This time I picked, and I picked 46th street. I made a bad pick. The food was mid. The wings were good. I got lemon pepper and bbq. The boys really enjoyed those. The cheese bread was ALOT of bread. I cut off the bottom portion to have a better ratio and it was good like that. For the pizzas though- I asked for extra cheese. I paid for extra cheese. I was charged for extra cheese and it was no extra cheese. We all bit in the pizza and looked at each other gave the same shoulder shrug. It was super okay. Now that's not a bad thing on its own, but those pizzas don't have specials, or deals. They cost $$$. And to just be mid is not a good thing when you're that expensive.

TLDR: I personally won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone else visit this location…read more I was happy to see 46th Street find a new location. I remember when they were located on Pat Booker across from the CVS so having them a bit further down the road was perfect. 1 star is simply due to pricing inconsistency and no customer service at the restaurant. I've been here on 3 separate occasions, ordering slices each time. And every single time, I've paid a different price and received a different explanation as to why. 1st time: Ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza in store (lunch price by the slice). That day my total was less than $9. Great. 2nd time: Called ahead & ordered TWO slices of cheese (same lunch price by the slice). Somehow my total came out to over $10. They said I had to get the lunch special that came with a salad. Somehow I didn't get a salad with my meal. Whatever. 3rd time: Y'ALL. Ordered ahead, 3 slices of cheese. They again said I had to get the lunch special (2 slices and a salad) and add a 3rd slice for extra. Okay, fine. Then he asks if I want the salad? I say sure (because it came with it). Get to the restaurant and 3 slices and a salad come out to over $15. I'm in a rush, but like..HOW!? I tell him that every time I come in, I pay a different price. He didn't seem to care. How do you have a menu that says you can order by the slice, then say you have to get the special, THEN don't actually honor the special AND have the audacity to charge a different price each time? Yeah no.
