It's dead in here, this morning. Mariah is waiting on us. Ordered a coffee, protein skillet, avocado toast, side turkey sausage and stuffed French toast, added strawberries, side turkey sausage. $55.08 They charge 3.5% for CC use, sticker on the top of the menu. :( There is a random ringing along with the music background, not sure the source if the sound, but it's most unpleasant. Happened three times during our visit. Staff are not phased by it at all, must be so used to it. The stuffed French toast doesn't seem so French toasted, maybe not enough egg wash time? It's a good varietal sweet from the Nutella, banana, syrup, strawberry and chocolate sauce, it's not bad. Not quite the French toast texture or taste I was expecting though. Still not bad. The protein skillet with small strips of chicken. The chicken was a bit dry. Not sure if the chicken was precooked and the recooked and heated for the meal. The potatoes are so-so, not home cut and could be frozen. The avocado toast tastes as expected, no frills or anything special to it. It's fine. The turkey sausage is okay, a bit overcooked. read more

I've been here twice for breakfast, first time had a classic breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast second time I had corned beef and eggs. I wish the corned beef was not from a can but it was cooked with a nice crispy outside and eggs were perfectly done over medium. It is nice to see they have a full bar and I heard they have karaoke some nights. If you're in the area it is worth a stop. read more

Oh my gosh, yum! I hate to give this review, because now they will get busier. Arrived for brunch around 11 am Sunday and had our pick of tables. Service was amazing and fast. I was hanging with my mom and she wanted to take me to lunch and suggested Mia's. I was down and had to laugh because the logo for Mia's is very much a cartoon version of my niece Mia. Don't let the location fool you. Just because it is in a strip mall doesn't mean it isn't worth checking out. I was quite surprised as we walked in that it is more than just a dinner. A bar to the left of the entrance and seating to the right, I did forgo a cocktail but the ice tea was on point for lunch. The server was a sweet young lass with a little bit of a southern accent. She made recommendations and obviously knew the menu well. I got the avocado toast, mom got eggs, toast and bacon. The food was good. Fresh, cook to order and fast. Everything was prompt, the server was warm and engaging and we were in and out pretty quick, which would be great if I was on a lunch break from work. Good place for breakfast. I had a Greek omelette with hash browns and wheat toast. I felt the portions were generous. They also serve alcohol which was nice as I was able to have a Bloody Mary. Good mix. They used thin sandwich pickle strips in the drink which were awkward to eat. I'd stick with the traditional spears. Also the bloody Marys are served in mugs with handles but rimmed with spices. Handles make it hard to enjoy the rim. Service was fast but the kitchen missed my request for no butter on my toast. read more

The restaurant is very clean. The reason I am giving this a two star rating is because the waitress Johanna was very rude. We waited 45 minutes before we even received our drinks. This is not the first time this has happened with this waitress. The first time I came in with my wife and kids and she acted like we weren't even there. This time I went in with friends and Johanna was more interested in the people around the bar. We asked another waitress and she was delightful. The cook made up for my second time disappointment with the waitress because his food was delicious. IF I go back I will make sure I am not served by Johanna. She is rude to her customers and it appears to her coworkers as we heard the way she speaks to them. I hope her boss sees this. read more

Not good. Terrible food. Pepper steak over rice had cold spots throughout, clearly microwaved but not for long enough. Club sandwich had gross slimy thick slices of fake turkey trying to pretend to be fresh carved roast turkey. Will not go back. French fries were the only thing I ate. They took pepper steak off the bill so at least didn't have to pay for it but it was a gross lunch and left still hungry. Had a bad of cheez its from gas station instead because had to get back to work and didn't have time to go somewhere else. Enjoyed a very tasty breakfast at Mia's Tasty Grill today The avocado toast was a pleasant surprise - portion was very satisfying! My husband tried the Greek omelette and it looked delicious! The decor is super cute and updated, it looks so fresh! We loved that the menu contained many of our traditional favorites (apps, coneys, burgers, etc. all with a fun twist that made them seem extra special, not blah). Can't wait to return soon to try the wraps, (they looked amazing) along with a nice cocktail or freshly poured beer from one of several taps. Met the owner, Mia, she is very sweet. So I started coming when they first opened, Mia was on the grill & they hired all new servers. Unfortunately the server had no idea what was on the menu or what to recommend. The food to start out with was amazing I thought this was going to be my go to spot. After going again another 5 times it progressively gotten worse. I watched the waitress unpackage fresh bag coffee and pre fill about 6 liners and sat behind the coffee machine. Talk about STALE coffee. After going back and not getting coffee I ordered a bfst with eggs over medium. The egg came out half fully cooked like a scrambled and the other half was runny. Confused I sent it back and asked for scrambled. They took 15 mins to make me one eggs and wrapped it in a Togo box. Mind you the waitress watched this all unfold and offered nothing but a full price bill and cold food. I threw it all away and will never be back.
