They started to do upgrades which I understand the hike in member prices but they got ridiculous. Annual fee ( $49) membership doubled. The staff doesn't have good customer service skills and they lie to members ( me) I had a worker tell me the annual fee did not include my type of membership . I doubled checked w manager about the price increase and annual fee and she said It included me too .. so i decided not to move forward . When I cancelled that same day they took out the annual fee. I got it resolved with my bank .. my friend surprised with me a month membership because she didn't know how terrible they are now. Then I went in asking if I would have any issues checking in for the month .. of course Octavio said no .. he didn't bother activating my account so.. I just tried to go in with my code and it says my account is not active ! I'm going to address it Monday because the staff now leaves at 12 pm weekends so if your code is not working or you can't login forget working out. I'm almost sure they won't even bother to make anything right . No contact number for help for after hours . Yay VF you are terrible . I truly don't recommend them , stay away .

I recently started taking reformer pilates and yoga classes at Pedal, and I'm obsessed. I was so…read morethrilled to finally see an affordable and accessible reformer studio in Merced! The class times are really accessible, there's early morning, some lunch options and evening options, as well as weekends. It's flexible for just about anyone. I also feel the instructors do an excellent job at accommodating different experience levels in the class so it always feels just right. The price is super competitive and you can really get a lot out of the class packs and memberships. The instructors are kind and extremely supportive. I have experienced different vibes at some reformer studios in other cities and it can feel unwelcoming. Have never once felt that way at Pedal, neither from the instructors nor the other students. If you're new to any of the classes they offer, it is a great place to try something different! Really hope to see this studio keep growing!

They are about the scares! They have three "haunted" options that clearly have been thought out and are presented with flair . And the staff are incredible helpful and friendly (even the zombies ... like what happened to the hubby when his zombie blaster stopped working ... the zombie helped him fixed it so the hubby could blast him lol) and when one of our company pointed out that he had to drive back to SF and so couldn't wait in line for one of the events (and he said that in passing to us mind you, not to the staff), the staff overheard us and bumped us ahead in line !!
