We had our daughter's 8th birthday party at SkyZone in Merced and had a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind from the moment we walked in and until we left. Our hostess, Krystal, was awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed in the party room. She even cut the cake for us. The party room and entire facility was very clean. All the kids, and even some adults, enjoyed jumping and playing arcade games. Not only would we recommend SkyZone for parties, but also for family fun any day they are open. read more

Should have went to Modesto. Staff are not helpful. You are left standing around trying to figure out what you are supposed to do. An information sheet, like steps to do on arrival would be very helpful. Being told to "Just scan the QR code" is not enough. The process to get in to actually play was 45 minutes! They you have to pay an additional 4$ per person for socks. Trying to get my 78 year old mom to fill out a waiver online wasn't a chore. Then we checked reviews!!! Wish I would have done that before we came here. On top of that if you want to bring in a cake or cupcakes expect to pay 50$ on top of everything. Basically we paid 156$ for 6 kids to play. Should have went to Dave and busters. Get 2 stars because at least the kids had fun. Would be great to have an area for autistic kids also. Staff was pretty rude, I turned on one of the 5 TV's in the "sit and watch" your kids jump area and while I was trying to figure it out my kid needed to use the restroom. When I got back I over heard one of the staff say "if anyone ever touches my TV's again...." over the little radios they walk around with. Didn't catch the end of that statement, but sounded pretty professional. Well the TV's were turned off and the remote was gone, she told my sister inlaw "we don't have cable". Very little action done on this business' part to speak against the altercation or take accountability for the fatal end to a child's life. Furthermore they have taken down the tribute to the child that died and are solely focused on the optics to preserve their business. The optics are being noticed and this place is not only unsafe but driving a dark narrative. Safety should always be first. This business should be closed until safety can be assured. Your staff needs retraining and better getting. You need to look and answer why this happened and find a resolve. If you go buy the 90 minute pass and decide to stay longer you cannot upgrade to full day. That's a crap policy. Avoid going if possible or you have to buy the full day pass. They also start your time before you get to jump. The staff should notify customers of that policy prior to charging you. read more

I like that the employees are very friendly and welcoming. There is a walk to climb, a jump out, a dodgeball area, a basketball area, a beam over a bag pit to knock other players off of, and then two jumping rooms separated by age. One room if for 6 and under. You come in buy special socks or bring your own from previous visits. They also have a photo booth and video game area. I'm so glad that Merced finally have a trampoline park. This place is clean. There are many things for the jumpers to do, there's dodgeball, rock wall climbing, basketball and so much more! Not worth the money. First I will start off by saying this is not the first party we have had here. We had a birthday party recently and the party check in was closed. We had to wait in the regular check in line which was at least 15 minutes. Each time another kid showed up I had to wait in the line again for their wrist band before they could jump. when I asked why the party check in we closed I was told because they all were at the regular check in area. the rock wall is half the size it used to be and the party didn't get a dodgeball time like they used to. The staff were all great, no complaints there but the check in process was a mess and facility disappointing. I would say it was worth 1/2 the price of what I paid. Not planning another party here after this experience :( read more

This is a fun place to take the kids. There is a launching pad for running and jumping. There are two basketball hoops. In theory for dunking - obviously for older kids. There is a series of jumping trampolines, they are on the floor and angle up the wall. There a dodge ball area- similar tot eh large sequential trampolines. Here are TVs and massage chairs for adults. There is a small concession area, but I didn't try anything. Reasonably priced to let kids burn energy. They have a hourly fee schedule. read more

I definitely like what this place has to offer in terms of activity for kids. That being said, Monday-Friday from about 10am-1pm is pretty much all kids younger than school aged, and they are playing some completely inappropriate music for the age group present. I went in there to pick up some tickets that had been left for me in another workers folder, he had NO idea what I was talking about. Took my info down and told me he would give me a call back once he got a hold of the employee. NEVER called me back. I had to call again and he's response to me was that the employee doesn't work until tomorrow and that he doesn't micromanage his employees. she will be giving me a call back. This was a Wednesday so I waited until late Friday to call again. Left a message and still got no response! Called again this morning on a Tuesday and spoke with the young lady who was suppose to call me back and he didn't even relay the Situation to her! One of the best attractions Merced has to offer for kids in the Merced area, it has been a true blessing they have been able to make it through the covid time. Very clean and well taken care facility, most of the staff is amazing, unfortunately I could only give 4 stars because a terrible employee named,ironically, "Heavenly" was absolutely rude and disrespectful, and my only infraction I had committed, was helping my 3 year old shoot a basket, for a kid and family place she has no business working with kids. The shift lead was very kind and made it right but the bad employee will greatly effect our decision to return. read more

This place is a joke. Owners are greedy and employees are incompetent. Even my 10 month old who was not yet walking had to pay for a wristband. We were told everyone had to pay to enter. Once at the jumping area, I observed several tens of people, both adults and babies, without wristbands. When confronted, the manager said the staff should've never charged my baby or myself, but since our time was almost up, he could no longer issue us a refund even though we did not jump. So they willfully and wrongfully charged us, admitted their wrongdoing, but refused to fix it. Never again. read more

My daughter scheduled a birthday party for my three-year-old grandson for today. First of all, my daughter was told to arrive 20 minutes early to check everyone in etc. and when we arrived employees were waiting outside. They informed my son-in-law that the manager was running late. Other individuals were also waiting to get in. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes in the cold. Once inside our party host was very attentive and the party went smoothly. Another 1 yr old grandson was given a wristband and socks but was not allowed to be on the trampolines, even with a parent holding his hands. At the end, there was a little bit of discussion about the balance due and that was resolved finally. She was then informed that their system could not issue a refund but they issued a gift card instead. All in all, management very unprofessional, but our party host was wonderfully helpful and Update: the owner of Rockin jump contacted my daughter later and apologized for the upset and offered to send her a refund. His professional manner smoothed things over and my daughter ended up very satisfied. We will return another time and bring our grandkids. All ended very well.
