The captain that was there was nice and a good captain, the only thing I didn't like was that when the trip was over he got off the boat and started telling people I slapped my husband for looking at other women. Let's start off by saying that is completely false and secondarily where is the professionalism? The lady who was assisting the captain was a little rude. She continued to turn down the music, even during the father daughter dance completely ruining the moment. The captain would allow us to turn up the music and next thing you know she would come and turn it right back down. We retried the father daughter dance three times because she continued to turn off the music. She would not allow me to set up the food and drinks as I felt most comfortable, of course within what they allowed. Seems to me she has a superiority complex, and wants to be in control. Beware they state there is enough bottled water, but there is most definitely not enough water for 45 passengers. So if you decide to hire them, understand they will not have enough water and soda for you. We didn't even have 45 passengers on board, imagine had we actually had the 45 passengers we were allowed. Everyone would've gone thirsty. The trash would be overflowing, and they would not come and change it. Lastly, Kira is as good as a door knob. She is as generic as it can be. Offers zero help or information. Zero guidance. If you message her you'll received a response from her three days later, if that. The day of the event she is completely useless. Will not answer your calls or text messages. If you are having a party they only allow you to come on board 15 minutes prior to set up. That's not reasonable at all. Kira told me as a courtesy she could allow me 30 minutes instead of 15. Still definitely not enough time. so sure they want you to use them as a party service, but they don't want you to be a nuisance because of the party. Kira and the captain made it seem like it was such an inconvenience for us to do light decorating. But again, they want you to use their service to do your parties. They want their cake and eat it too. I received several quotes from different boat rental companies. I picked aqua party because of the amenities they stated they offered, although they were the only company who did not offer food or snacks. The large floats, I was promised, specifically the ones I had requested were not delivered. The floats I received at max could fit five people each (X2). Again, not enough water. I rented for 6 hours because we were suppose to anchor for 4 hours, at least. We were anchored for 3 hours. Felt like our party was cut short. I was promised we would be able to go to Monument Island, when I informed the captain he made it seem like it would be too much of a mission. So the captain ended up taking us to trashy haulover where my children were exposed to nudity by men and women. Police had to get involved. Lastly, once the trip was over we were quite literally kicked off the boat. We were picking stuff up and trying to get everything out and at the same time we were being rudely rushed to get off the boat. They said they had another party coming in, but who books immediately after one finishes? Do they expect me to snap my fingers and make everything I brought on board disappear within seconds? They should not inconvenience me so they can squeeze out every penny. Also, find a Party boat Rental company that has a marina with a parking lot. This marina does not have a parking lot, which is extremely inconvenient. At the time of booking, I was not advised of this issue. It was not until after I paid the deposit that I was informed they had no parking available. At the end of the day this is my fault. I knew Kira was not professional, and I conducted business with a company who has an individual like that representing them. All the red flags were there, and I didn't take it as a clue.

Cruise Virgin if you do not want to hear or see children! Was supposed to cruise Meraviglia for my son's 21st bday but the pandemic hit. Took us 2 years to get our money back from that crazy! Then I booked the family all rooms in the Yacht Club for Xmas one year. Was told by my concierge at the time (who unbeknownst to me was quitting his job) and he told me 120 days out or more was a refundable cancellation. Well guess what ppl-it's not! I didn't read my papers b cuz I trusted his word-so I got screwed out of $1200 in deposits b cuz we had to cancel. I still cruised MSC. Still said I'd take my son on MSC. Decided to go Yacht Club this time. WORLD AMERICA! Ship is beautiful. Staff is friendly-our butler was overworked. He had 3 jobs and was never available to help us when we called. Twice we actually reached him and he said call the concierge. My yacht club bedding had a hole in it and had a yellow color to it in spots. For $11k I do not think you should see that kind of linen. I couldn't charge my wheelchair b cuz u need an adapter to go to a US plug. That wasn't on my paperwork. That became a "thing". Day 2 I saw a $140 charge for 2 of the 3 of us. The 3rd day all 3 of us had it. So that ruined day 3 for me b cuz I also didn't see that on my paperwork. $420 a day for gratuities and we can't get any service! ????Found out that was an error. It's only one time and no option to opt out of that. Couldn't use the pool cuz there were kids jumping in it. Which also is not Ada friendly without the use of the lift! No walk in steps-just 2 ladders which u can barely hold onto with wet hands! That pool is also like swimming in a metal rectangle pan from a heated prep line! Very small - especially with kids jumping in it! My son was denied service at lunch dressed in his white outfit b cuz he had no sleeves by day. But lots of young boys running around in speedos. Girls of all ages with bikinis that barely cover their parts and a netted something over it. But my son's sleeveless white shirt and white linen pants are not acceptable for lunch!???! Did I mention, LOTS OF KIDS IN THE YACHT CLUB ALSO! (That wasn't on my paperwork either)! But there is! Must fall under the whole kids sale free thing! That should not occur! There's also teen kids that discover the pool door opens and lets them in and they can use the stairs to go between floors of the Yacht Club! Saw them order drinks and snacks never showing a card and then they went and chilled on the pool deck. I did say - Never showing a card, right!? We wanted to eat lunch in air conditioning so we ate in the lounge one day. The next time, we were asked to sit in a corner and asked to move to said corner to eat. A tribe of children came in and sat out by the window where we were and they were allowed to EAT, climb all over the furniture, put their hands all over the windows and mess with the lights while their parents slept on a sofa! Guess we are the wrong nationality!? Our eating was more disruptive than that?! Still trying to understand these things. Only American music was heard on 70-80's night. When u ask the DJ to play some American music - he says "like what"?!!!? Food is still just as tasteless as the others and getting food or drink to your room is inconsistent. But omg! They nail pizza! By inconsistent I mean, from where or when, etc when ordering. If you are lucky your drinks won't take an hour to arrive and will still have ice in them. I did not check out the casino b cuz it looked small and my hubby said "no new games"! It's a new ship! Y are there no new games!?????! We managed to get the only uncovered balcony on the row! Day 2 I was sitting on the balcony to have cleaning water from above brushed overboard onto my head! The next morning I woke to see a card under my door about balcony cleaning that day. Lolol! Like I didn't know that was coming! The next day we don't take off until 6:30 pm from our room. At 9:40 pm we return to find an invitation to a bourbon and chocolate tasting at 8 pm-that evening, which obviously had already occurred. Why did they not slip that under my door during the day so I could plan that in my schedule!???? Our phone only works on speaker and they can barely understand us. We have complained about that since day 1. Yesterday, they said we did not know that! Lolol. We literally call 3-5 times daily and go thru the whole "we can't hear u" game. The movie on demand on tv has never worked. There are 39 channels of nothing!

From entertainment, to the bars, kids clubs, arcades, food, clubs, and so much more! From the modern MSC port of Miami to this iconic boat everything was a splendid experience. The customer service from the cleaning staff to the service at the restaurants everyone was very helpful and friendly. Don't get me started on the food! Everything was delicious and there was nothing I can say tasted bad or not cooked properly in my opinion. So much to do and I would definitely go in again without a doubt. This was our anniversary trip and we loved it so much. Highly recommend to anyone!

We went with the cheaper deal on Groupon. The duck boat was parked in front of a park. We got there early so there was no line. The boat was really clean and new looking. There was the captain and the narrator, both were dressed like pirates since the theme of this boat was a pirate ship. They were both friendly and informative; the narrator did a great job with hosting and telling jokes; keeping us awake. They drove us around town and pointed out different buildings and landmarks. The coolest part was when we drove from land into water! It made a big splash but we didn't get wet. We cruised by mansions and other boats. They did a great job with the tour and I'd definitely recommend it. Bring tip money.

The prices are highly discounted and often times, a lot of excursions and options sold out on the 1st day. We got the internet package for 1 person, 2 devices (our mobile phones). Drink package (including royal beach). BOTH Were WELL Worth it! You can access the RC app to see events, etc. for free using the ships wifi There was a $99 hold on our CC's the day of. This was apparently a security deposit hold. If you buy something on the ship, you will be charged on your cruise pass. At the end of your cruise, all receipts are automatically sent to you within a short few hours. We purchased popcorn, lanyards and bathing suite cover up on board. We had a Balcony on Deck 7, Room 7606. At the end of the hallway, to the far side by close to the elevators. Room was tiny. But there was plenty of cubbies, drawers and closet space to hang up everything. Balcony space was not very large. It was just nice to open the door to listen to the waves & thunderstorms at night. Bring your own hand soap and body wash. Housekeepers were very nice and did bring us extra of everything (towels, we did eventually get hand soap and lotions, etc.). We had a king (which was 2 twins pushed together). Room was comfortable actually. Plenty of cable channels on the cabin tv. Shower pressure and temp was perfect! There's only 2 electrical sockets by the main dresser window. Plan to bring a 10ft long cord if you want your phone charged/near your bed. We spent out food time in the buffet (on 11) or in the main dining room (4th floor). The same food was in rotation. It was all pretty good, but at times we all got very bloated after eating. Main dining had the best food. You're served with a waiter, from a menu. There is Pizza on deck 11 stays open until 1am. Most activities take place on floors 4-6, the buffet and pools/slides/sports are on deck 11. The number of events was nearly overwhelming at times. But, you could have plans from sun-up to past midnight! You'll get a seapass, which is a hard plastic card you use for everything (drinks, your room key, etc.). Recommend to buy a lanyard around your neck for this. You can get the pass wet (pool) and it's fine! All of the crew members were SUPERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR nice & friendly. They work ALOT, day and night, be sure to leave extra tips for each service. We did pre-pay gratituity but you can also allow the ship to add an extra 18-21% each day if you want them to do it. Shops are on the 5th floor (basic necessities, jewelry/watches, artwork, etc.) Casino is on the 6th floor. All types of games and card games. Smoking areas on the 5th and 11th floor. Themed nights are announced in the app, about a week or so prior. The app was a little janky to use, but contains all of the necessary info. you need. Don't bring anything that will get confiscated. My friend brought a steamer in luggage. My bag arrived at my door about 2 hours after we boarded. In the evening, the 2nd bag wasn't. Turns out, the luggage was held at guest services because of the confiscated item. We had to go downstairs to track it down Royal Beach Club - FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best food we had on the entire trip. Plenty of pools and beaches to enjoy & relax. Live DJ playing over the pool island performers. Quick 5 min ferry ride from Nassau Port to the Beach. 5/5!! I recommend you pay for this! CocoaCay- Eh, I would give this a 3/5. We paid for snorkeling. But other than that, its the SAME food at each food spot. Still plenty of bars & chairs to lay out on. It stormed right before 9am when we were getting off. We waited the storm out, but there was no info. indicating if the day on the island was canceled, or our excursions. we just had to go and find out ourselves. My cousin also received a flyer the night before on the activities and lunch times on the island, we did not receive anything of the sort Prepare to wait for the elevators, as they go up and down. there was maybe 6 but it's really hard to tell which elevators arrive on your floor and are going up or down Deboarding is easy. Best to allow the crew members to pick up your bags the night before. Otherwise, you may have to lug them up and down to your check out point. Very easy to get off the ship. 4 days on this ship was cool! Tip! Fly down and stay in a local hotel the day before your cruise. There are plenty of hotels 5 mins away. The day we docked back to Port Everglades, We also got a hotel room via Day Use, which was GREAT! to hang out in and use the hotel amenities, while we waited for our later flight
