If I could give this company 20 stars I would. They inspected a Rolls-Royce Dawn for me that was described by the selling dealership as "nearly flawless." Because Frank is not only an inspector but also a ASE certified master mechanic, he was able to assess and notice things that other people would've missed. To make it pretty simple ... he saved me not only a $200,000 mistake, but an additional $50,000 in repair bills. Whenever they say do not trust ant used car dealership they mean that for a reason. Dealerships are in business to sell you a car and it's up to you to do your due diligence. Dealers will bend the truth as far as they can. This dealership bent the truth so far it ended up forming a circle. Frank is worth every penny and about $200 more. read more

Inspection on a 2017 MB Sprinter Van with a diesel engine. Beginning with talking to Franco on the phone, I got the distinct impression he doesn't take S&%# from anyone, which is good. The Luxury Inspection was very thorough. It included over 150 pictures close up and detailing visible damage, images of the paint thickness meter showing unseen prior damage, and each screen of the onboard vehicle test. These were much better than a written report, but it did include that, too. It wasn't long and wordy, but short and to the point. Anything that was even a little off was shown in detail. It was much more than what I would have seen if I'd flown from Los Angeles to Miami to do a personal inspection. Kudos (praise and honor), Franco! Well worth the price. read more

His years of experience shined through immediately as he pointed almost invisible discrepancies in the vehicle we were looking at that indicated all the work that had been done on it. We were very close to buying a "certified" car from the scam artists at a local dealership. Come to find out "Toyota Certified" easily means "Certified BS". The car we had been sold on because of the condition and mileage had been T-boned previously and had a poor paint touch up job that was sure to start looking terrible soon. The gentleman was too rushed and after i paid $270 he did not even check to see that the lights were not working, and that there was a massive gas leak (you could smell the gas). He was very eager to take photos and do the sort of superficial inspection any amateur could but after I paid $270 i felt cheated by him and the seller of the vehicle. BE AWARE!! What you paying for is a photoshoot, NOT a mechanical inspection. Got a bunch a pictures, but up to this date, NEVER received a Vehicle Report. Paid $270 for a Premium Inspection hoping to get as much information about the vehicle as possible, but in fact, the inspection took 30 min and the vehicle was NEVER driven, how else can you explain the major wheel alignment issues? On top of that, when I finally picked up the car, I found out that it was a RENTAL TRUCK in the past, which was NEVER disclosed to me by the inspector, despite of a several tags inside the car. 250 photos all around the car, but not a single one from the top of the engine compartment. Didn't even leave the parking lot, when the check engine light came on, which caused a $1200 repair. NOT worth your time or money. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I was in the process of purchasing a 2017 McLaren 570GT with about 18,000 miles. Seller had sent very nice pictures of car. Car looked to be in excellent condition, plus supposedly had new tires and maintenance had been just done. Seller did disclose 1 very minor accident. I had Frank go and inspect. I wasn't expecting anything major since I had been communicating with seller for over a month. I'm in Dallas and vehicle in Miami. Well let me just say this is the best money I've ever spent. Lets just say the car was not taken care of. Paint job was horrible. Carbon fiber was either heavily scratched or broken, front bumper needed replacing, car needed brakes and tires, looking at oil it was obvious service hadn't been done for a long while. Leather seats were coming apart. All in all, probably about $40K in problems which is something I'm not looking to sign up for. Thank you, Frank! read more

I asked him to look at a vehicle that I knew had been in an accident, I specifically wanted a strut tower looked at because a true frame report said it was either damaged or repaired. I just wanted to know which one it was. He went a rant talking to me as if I didn't understand what I was talking about basically saying he's just looking at a car like anyone else who goes to see a car at a lot. I was looking to buy this used Lotus Evora, and as much I was drooling over the car, was not comfortable throwing big bucks on an exotic car without being it inspected first. Be Aware!!! I would not recommend this business. We hired Franco to inspect a 2001 Dodge Ram to make sure the truck checked out and was a good purchase as we are not local to the area and were planning to have it shipped. Franco text my husband that the truck was mechanically flawless, only pointing out a few minor rust issues. His report had ZERO major issues flagged and the truck checked out in all categories. Fast forward a few weeks to the truck getting delivered and the truck is not as presented in the inspection. Franco DID NOT mention any of these issues that we found within the first few minutes of owning the truck. The MAJOR issue we found immediately upon driving was that the truck had no overdrive in the transmission ($3500 repair) - gave Franco the opportunity to pay for half and make it right but he refused. He only refunded 1/2 of the inspection fee a whopping $150. OTHER ISSUES: Power steering leaks - License plate lights did not work and were not even wired up - Driver side fog light did not work - Sliding rear window does not open - Cruise control did not work - Passenger side battery was leaking acid - Airdog fuel pump did not work & the truck had zero fuel pressure. NONE of these issues were called out or mentioned. I do not consider this truck to be mechanically flawless as expressed by Franco. This guy is a joke! read more
