Use skin a cart QR code and get a time to wait for a tag. Took me 30 minutes. It was awesome.

People do be careful utilizing your credit card when doing business is it not coincidental $300 was stolen immediately following a business transaction. And we rarely use our credit card and, and we never used the credit card afterward either, so it had to be the last place we conducted business with the credit card....hmmm.. And we never, ever had an issue with money being taken before, ever, not until that day at this particular auto tag agency, which we will not give the exact name of the auto tag agency, but they know who they are , don't you? So please be aware when using your credit card. Sometime a company would give you a price and then when you go into the establishment they would quote a different price so the amount of cash you brought is not enough you would then have to use your credit card. This was the case. We were quoted one price and then given and quoted an additional price.... of course we were reimburse of the $300 ... God always look out for his people. It is a shame you try your best to support your own people and then something like that occurs. Please be careful when using your credit card in business establishments, ie, a tag agency. . One of the good things about this is we met a few people that were considering going to " a particular tag agency, " Which we will not name the tag agency " and we told them what happened to us and they went to the tag station the downtown Miami instead. So at least we were able to deter a couple of people from going a particular tag agency to engage in business. Companies In the auto tag agency, need to just be honest and do people right and keep your word when you give your word. Great experience here this morning! Very efficient but there is a line so I recommend getting there before opening. We got there at 8:30am, and there was already one person in line. The place opened promptly at 9:00am, and at 9:05am it was our turn. We were transferring a title from out of state and had all our documents ready ahead of time (title, proof of fl insurance, tax form from the dmv website, proof of identify) and were done in 15 minutes. That included having the VIN and odometer verified. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite, and resourceful. read more

I had just moved to Miami not too long ago, and needed to transfer the title of my car, and get a new license plate (Gotta love that orange on the license plate :P). Unlike other states where I've lived in, apparently getting a plate in Florida is run by private businesses instead of a State County office. So I had to look for one; here is where Miami Auto Tags showed up! I saw a few locations to get new tags, near and far from where I lived, and finally settled on one that wasn't too far from my workplace, and was open on Saturdays (since getting an opportunity to sneak out of work during office hours is a little difficult). I arrived a few minutes before 9am, and there was already a "line" of about 9-10 people all waiting to get in. Miami Auto Tags is in this little business center with a giant laundromat, located right next to a Bank of America, BUT they are missing their signage (which I later found out is due to some renovations being done), so just look for their address instead if you're heading here. So promptly at 9, Eddie opens the doors, and we are soon let in. The reps quickly get to work, in 20 minutes, it was my turn. It was quick and easy, transfering my title from another state required only 4 things: my driver's license, proof of FL insurance, the original title, and the car being in the lot. Oh and the cash to pay for all of it. Service was really good, IMO. The people who work here are professional, speaking creole, spanish, english, whatever you need to get things done. I had the "pleasure" of listening to Eddie speak to someone who had some financial crisis, and was looking for a discount on their tags; Eddie was super patient and definitely did not lose his cool while speaking to the guy on the phone. I think Eddie was very professional about it, he even later apologized to me for having to listen to that (and even offered to spot me a few cents, as I only had big bills, and would be a hassle to break those bills). As I mentioned, this place only takes cash, so it would be a good idea to get a ballpark figure of how much things will cost prior to showing up, or if you have a Bank of America account, then feel free to drop by the ATM next door (actually, even if you don't have an a BoA account, you can use their ATMs). All in all, I'd come back, though I would do things online if at all possible. I take off a star because they have like two seats for waiting customers, which I feel is a little inconsiderate of them, as there could more than 2 people who might need to have a seat while waiting. read more

The worst customer service ever, I would give it a 0 if I could. Went in for an out of state title transfer for a car with a lien and left. The agent was so soft-spoken, I had to ask her for clarification several times and she was also on her cellphone the whole time. Also expect you to call your bank for just a fax number because your loan bank statement was not enough for them. I would not recommend this place. Also this business does not have a big sign so it's kind of hidden. read more

I had to register and get Florida title for an out of state car that I was worried would cause problems. I chose this location because of its high rating. That was deserved. The people were very nice and helpful and got the problem fixed without raising issues. There was a short line but it moved quickly. Very happy. read more

Go anywhere else. Their hours are incredibly inconvenient and to top it all, they don't even open on time. On a Saturday where a lot of people can go, I stood in line in the heat along with a bunch of people until they felt like opening (thirty minutes past advertised opening time on a day you close early is unacceptable) and it's not in the safest area of town either. I don't know why it has gotten so many positive reviews. You have options go somewhere else. read more

Literally 5 minutes in-and-out. Would have been quicker, but I had to wait 2 minutes for the guy in front of me. Three ladies working... 8 people being helped. I went to Suniland Auo Tag in the Kendall/Pines area 2 times to try and get my new tag and both times told rather rudely that my paper work was wrong and to go back to the dealer. After going back to the dealer the second time, (and told nothing was wrong) I decided to google a place close to the dealership. I asked the girl at the dealership of this place was any good and she told me it is the Tag Agency she uses and told me Eddie would know what to do! Boy was she right! Great customer service, above and beyond what you would expect!! He told me he could see that the other Tag Agency didn't look closely or the would have seen two pages that needed to be merged and problem fixed! I would never go to another tag agency other than this one ever again. The service was genuine and polite. The vibe inside was so great the employees were laughing and in a great mood. I also noticed they answer the phone on the first ring, so that added brownie points. Honestly, great experience. read more
