My experience here at the Kendall Auto tag agency was good. I have no complaints. Upon my arrival they did have a pretty long line but nevertheless it's gonna move. I noticed a few elder women there that shouldn't be standing in line for long periods time. You could clearly see that they were of age and I understand why'd they sit on the side chairs while they desperately hold a big guard with everyone walking in making sure theirs spot in line secured and no one skips them. My opinion, there should be an express line for the elderly. I understand that every customer is treated equally no matter age race or gender,,,, but it would be nice to see that as community, we value our elders with a bit more respect. But other than that, everything went smooth and the line wasn't so bad. I was finally able renew the auto tag that I was having a hard time doing at another tag agency. Thank you guys !

I had to park on rhe street and pay for parking. When I entered, there was no signs with directions on where or how to sign in. After seeing people at a kiosk I figured that out. After that the process was really smooth. My wait time was about 20 minutes. It took me about 5 minutes at the window. I was just surrendering an old tag. I would recommend this business.

They pointed out that a had a few debts that had to be squared out before I can renew anything.......without a hesitation i resolved the pending debts and then I was told that I had to call the Hollywood city hall building and ask them to email send confirmation via fax to Baumgardner Tag Agency.....I was told by the phone over in Broward I had to go physically and get the confirmation paper. I didn't understand if if I completed my duty and payed the fees that needed to be taken care of why do I have to t drive to the other county for confirmation that I payed an old parking ticket. I didn't feel like it was my duty to call the Hollywood city hall and request them to send anything anywhere. That should've been the duty of the agency that was trying to get confirmation that everything was set and paid for. So I asked for the manager to see if she can go ahead and make that call and save me trip. Then I was told by an employee that the manager was busy and help me and that I needed to drive over to the next county ( with an expired tag) and come back with a STOP RELEASE paper for the paid parking ticket so they can go ahead and grant me the renewal. I didn't understand why the Tag Agency didn't want to contact Broward themselves confirm that's it's payed and take my money. Now they lost a customer because I sure wasn't going to drive back down this same Tag agency to renew anything at this point. There's a hundreds of other tag agency I could use to renew a tag. I do admit the wait & process was quick here, the quality of service was not up to the highest standards but they did try to help but I don't think they wanted to do any business with me. I recommend this place if you have all your debts and proper documents to get anything resolved but I won't be returning to this Auto Tag Agency for anything.

I filled out the info, paid by credit card, and about a week later, received the motorcycle tag... but not the one for my BMW. After calling Florida Tag Registration, they confirmed the motorcycle renewal but couldn't explain why the car didn't go through (apparently the state uses a third-party system). I was asked to check with my credit card company to see if a refund had been issued and to try again. I followed instructions and resubmitted payment to only to get the same result. At that point, I decided to visit Tropical Auto Tag Agency in person. Gotta say, from the moment I walked in, the process was smooth. I did a quick digital check-in, and less than 15 minutes later, a helpful staff member had my renewal processed. Amazing service, quick, clean, and professional. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because, unlike the $85 I paid online, I was hit with an agency fee and a credit card fee, costing me an extra $25. Years ago, credit card fees were just part of doing business vendors didn't pass that cost on to the customer. Maybe I'm old-school, but when businesses tack on card fees, it feels like a penalty. That said, I still highly recommend this agency for its speed, efficiency, and top-notch service. Just be aware of the added fees.
