I was looking for an auto tag agency near me and this one popped up so I said let me give it a try. The parking lot is tight due to customers parking incorrectly. I had to park on rhe street and pay for parking. When I entered, there was no signs with directions on where or how to sign in. After seeing people at a kiosk I figured that out. After that the process was really smooth. My wait time was about 20 minutes. It took me about 5 minutes at the window. I was just surrendering an old tag. I would recommend this business. read more

Came here to renew the license plate tag. They were very helpful in helping me try to resolve my situation. They pointed out that a had a few debts that had to be squared out before I can renew anything.......without a hesitation i resolved the pending debts and then I was told that I had to call the Hollywood city hall building and ask them to email send confirmation via fax to Baumgardner Tag Agency.....I was told by the phone over in Broward I had to go physically and get the confirmation paper. I didn't understand if if I completed my duty and payed the fees that needed to be taken care of why do I have to t drive to the other county for confirmation that I payed an old parking ticket. I didn't feel like it was my duty to call the Hollywood city hall and request them to send anything anywhere. That should've been the duty of the agency that was trying to get confirmation that everything was set and paid for. So I asked for the manager to see if she can go ahead and make that call and save me trip. Then I was told by an employee that the manager was busy and help me and that I needed to drive over to the next county ( with an expired tag) and come back with a STOP RELEASE paper for the paid parking ticket so they can go ahead and grant me the renewal. I didn't understand why the Tag Agency didn't want to contact Broward themselves confirm that's it's payed and take my money. Now they lost a customer because I sure wasn't going to drive back down this same Tag agency to renew anything at this point. There's a hundreds of other tag agency I could use to renew a tag. I do admit the wait & process was quick here, the quality of service was not up to the highest standards but they did try to help but I don't think they wanted to do any business with me. I recommend this place if you have all your debts and proper documents to get anything resolved but I won't be returning to this Auto Tag Agency for anything. read more

There's really not much to say other than the fact that I liked this place. They were fast & efficient. When I arrived there were people sitting in the lobby waiting their turn but they moved pretty quickly so everyone was in & out of there in no time(including myself). The employees were nice & the place is well kept. It seems like it is a family-owned business & they keep it up well. My transaction was just $6.00 & they accept Apple Pay :) Honestly can't beat that! -- I will definitely be back whenever I need to since it's close to home & I do recommend. read more

I had to come back to Miami from another state to resolve a title issue. I knew this place because I used to work at the Justice Building and had been there before. A week or so ago I had spoken to the manager on the phone so I went here. Had to wait around 15 minutes outside in the heat because of "social distancing." The line moved quickly, however. The young lady inside was efficient and informative and took care of me in about 10 minutes. The whole thing was relatively quick and painless. read more

I had been coming here for years, but just got treated so nasty by a woman named Cindy I may consider the alternatives next time. A service business should be about service. I have a youngster who has to use a walker post accident and we need a temp disabled tag to drop her in front of school. I got the paperwork from our doctor and called here to verify they could help me. They said on the phone to please bring her ID or a passport for her. Being a minor has no ID so I brought her passport. This Cindy was extremely rude and nasty and kept asking why I don't have an ID for my child. She never needed an ID and I was told a passport or birth certificate would be fine when I called prior to coming. She then asked me for payment without ever saying how much it would be and got annoyed when I asked. Who just blindly hands a card over? This woman needs to be retrained or what was once a decent place has gone way downhill in service. read more

Cannot say enough about this place. I, my friends and neighbors have been coming here for years. Recently had to move out of state as a deployment and Mr. Rob has gone above and beyond to help me get my custom tags. Yes many times I've walked in there, there's one wild person that wants to rage like the tazmanian devil- but it's Miami, and that's the least of what one can expect of the crowd. The employees always keep their cool, and treat people with respect. Always been timely, and even at it being a lot of ppl in line, I can confidently say I get out of there fairly fast. Will always recommend this place, because this level of continuity of good service is a thing that you rarely see in Miami. read more

So. Much. Competence. Came here to renew tags for two cars. My last name and address has since changed on both, and while the city had not updated it in their system, they were able to go in and change it all to be correct and match my updated license. This could have been a nightmare anywhere else, but these guys really are pros. And they take credit cards, and they have a good line system, and it was pretty much empty when I went in around 9:15am just after they opened. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. If you forget to renew online, this is the place to go. read more

I came here a few weeks ago to address an issue with my vehicle registration and to register my hybrid for an HOV decal. I've been here a little less than a handful of times and each time my experience has been nothing short of quick and efficient. I like the fact they accept credit cards unlike some other places. Best experience I've had at a tag agency so far. I was in and out in a few minutes during rush hour, and this is with a full lobby when I had entered. I had an issue doing my registration online which I assumed to be a hassle once I got to the tag agency but they were able to resolve the problem for me. Employees were great and friendly and everyone seemed to leave with a smile on their face. They have a private parking lot as well. read more

Every time I call to pay my insurance the woman on the phone is so rude. I asked her name and she said it was Jackie, my boyfriend says her name is bb (he had a in personal rude experience with her) so I don't know if she gave me a fake name and she is the same rude one "bb" or its two rude ones that work there. But a few days ago I call to pay and when she answers, she screams "INSURANCE!!!" no greeting, no introduction. I say "Hello I would like to pay my insurance please." She literally snaps and says "YOU HAVE TO GIVE ME A SECOND!" I was in shock, her tone was very nasty, her words were rude and she is so snappy. She sounded so miserable and sounded like she couldn't be more bothered speaking to me, her tone is like she is disgusted with me. and I don't understand how someone with that attitude can work there. I got tired of always dealing with her attitude when I call so I finally said you know you are very rude. She's like "I am not being rude, it is because I have you on speaker". I said having me on speaker has nothing to do with your tone, she changes the subject and asks me for my card info. And guess what? her tone changed. If you see this Jackie or whatever your name is, if you don't wanna work there, quit and don't be rude to paying customers. Just because you have a shitty miserable life doesn't mean you have to take it out on people. Management, please fire her! read more
