We found this place by asking someone else riding a scooter where they got theirs from. It was the next street over from our hotel and we just walked there. It was a small place on 6th Street but the guy inside was super friendly. We told him what we needed and he gave it to us and he explained everything to us and made the paperwork fast and easy. It was reasonable prices, we got the scooters for about $40 for 4 hours...he gave us a quick tutorial and off we were. When we came back he even let us use his dingy restroom. Thanks! read more

The worst place ever. They are thieves. They will still $700 from your credit card you paid with for having a minor scratch on a scooter. And if you're trying to argue they don't care they just charge your credit card. Even if you have a tiny scratch, They charge money from you for the whole part. (And they prices aren't accurate). That's how they make their money...not on renting scooters. This place is a joke. Before you know, they withdraw $700 from you. If you own a scooter in south beach make a favor yourself, don't go with these people for service is so expensive and the customer service from the Arab guy and the others sucks, once you get there nobody listen to you is like they don't give a fuck!!! They just junk make money renting scooters that's it the rest of the customers they are not interested in take care of them charging a lot of money for simple oil change because you have not another option. Very good service. I rented a scooter for couple days. The scooter was very nice but not so fast. The price was really good, only 55$ per day which is very cheap on South Beach (compare to other rental companies, taxi, uber, lyft and etc.). I had a flat tire in my scooter and they came with their service truck and fix it in 15 minutes. Highly recommended. Amit is a honest guy that know how to take care of his customers. These scooter rentals are definitely going to be the best price you find in Miami Beach. $65 a day for a basic scooter. You can't beat that. You have to put a deposit down but you get that back a couple days later. The scooter made our trip to Miami 10x better. Uber's are cheap but having your own transportation is just easier. These guys were awesome. First off you walk into a very friendly and welcoming environment. I hate when i go to one of these places and the workers ignore you for a while then proceed to give bad service. This was not the case! They even let us do a cash deposit because we didn't want to use our credit cards. Scooters were working great and it really lets you explore all of Miami Beach. This place was great! The employee taught our group how to drive the scooters and made sure we were comfortable and ready to go. We had a blast on the scooters and rode all around town for hours at a very reasonable price! We had a flat tire, so the employee drove to find us and switched out mopeds very quickly at no cost. During my stay in Miami, I looked up scooter rentals and this seemed to be the cheapest so I rented a scooter for three days. Like another reviewer has said, they were friendly when they mad the sale and that ended as soon as I walked out. On the second day, the scooter broke down in the middle of the road so I called them to resolve the issue. The owner put me on hold for 20 minutes because he was with other customers trying to make a sale. He did not care about my problem and was very rude when he did get back on the phone. He kept telling me that it was my fault that the scooter broke down and that I am responsible for it. He then told me that my only choice was for him to call someone to get the scooter towed back to the shop. I was responsible for paying for the towing ($80) even though it clearly wasn't my fault. It took two hours before the tow truck got there even though we were only 20 minutes away from the shop. Once I got to the shop with the scooter, he opened it up and reconnected a wire that had been disconnected. He knew exactly what was wrong with it when I brought it in and fixed it in under 30 seconds. It was an easy fix that I could have done as well but he did not care enough to tell me how to fix it over the phone. Obviously I was not at fault for this disconnected wire but I still had to pay for the towing. I accepted this and decided to just carry on with the rest of my three days. The third and final day I had the scooter rented for, the owner called me early in the morning and told me that I needed to return the scooter immediately because there was a hurricane in Miami that day. I returned the scooter at 10am that day even though I had it rented until 8pm, expecting to get a refund. When I requested a refund, he laughed and said he cannot control the weather and it's not his fault there is a hurricane. At this point, I felt like I had been scammed so I explained to them what customer service is. To which they replied "THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIAMI". So I was forced to forfeit my last day even though I payed for it. I had never felt so disrespected in my entire life. This is a pitiful excuse for a business and I hope that no yelper will ever consider this place for renting scooters. I half wrote this review hoping that they would read it but I doubt anyone working there can read English anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are awful human beings and are looking to scam everyone who walks through the door. read more

This place is the absolute worse. I would never ever recommend this to anyone because this place has shady and despicable workers who lures you in by giving you a "good deal" and accommodating your needs. But certainly when a problem does arise, you are definitely on your own. They are not helpful. My scooter broke down so I called them and they actually told me they would call me back, which they did not for over 30 minutes so I had to call them again. And they answered and were not busy at all. It took them over 2 hours to arrive to my destination, which was in south beach and they claimed that I must have broke the scooter myself. After arguing for 30 minutes, they decided to let it go even though I was "covered" if their scooter broke down. So they gave me another one and yet again it broke down and this time they wanted to charge me $300. This place has old broken down scooters that break down and the workers want to charge you an immense amount of money which is over what the scooter is even worth. I would never go back and do not recommend anyone to go here. They were rude to me, they yelled in my face and threatened to charge me. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

Best selection of scooters in Miami. We're talking about everything from the "I have five dollars to my name." budget rentals to the top of the line "I sort of look like a douchebag, but at least I look good riding it." high-ends. We opted for something in between, a bright red Vespa LX 50 to match the overabundance of white clothes we packed for the trip. Honestly, the most fun we had the entire weekend was just cruising along Collins, Washington, and Ocean, back and forth, taking occasional stops to grab lunch or a drink. Returning the scooter was a breeze, took less than two minutes and we were on our way. The staff here is superb and friendly to the max, good genuine people. Also, their rentals look normal, no huge stickers with "RENT ME" and phone numbers on them as I've seen on the rentals from other places. This helps with the mood if you're trying to attract the ladies... or boys. read more

Visited South Beach week of April 6th 2016. Decided that renting a scooter was the way to go. Came across this place and inquired within. The owner was very helpful, nice and courteous. Accidentally left my license there and they took the time to return it to me at my hotel on Ocean Dr. Good rates and scooters were up to date and nice. Highly recommend.
