Fun! Easy to rent bikes online. Riding along the boardwalk was a highlight of my trip to Miami Beach.

We rented 2 bikes for our 4 day vacation from B&S, one of which unfortunately had a faulty chain we discovered many minutes riding away from the store. Partially corroded and unsafe to continue a far distance, we pushed through to stop and wait at our hotel in Mid Beach. Upon contacting the store asap, Bikes & Segway employee Daenna went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our bike was exchanged in the most expeditious and convenient manner. She was given clearance the next day to PERSONALLY drive 50 blocks with a replacement bicycle in excellent condition, and pick up the old one with few questions asked. We enjoyed our safe and comfortable bikes from B&S the rest of our trip thanks to the superior customer service provided from their star employee, Daenna, who we predict to become the future manager! read more

My girfriend and I rented a tandem bike and rode the whole stretch of Miami Beach along the boardwalk, first down south, then to where it ends in the north, and then back to the shop. With 10 minutes to spare on our 3 hour rental. Great adventure! read more

Rented a beach cruiser bike for the day (return before close. Different from 24 hours). Best experience ever. Great customer service safety check was done. Great advice and information. If you rent a bike do the board walk. It's one of the most beautiful boardwalks I've been on. In my opinion rent the bike for the day it's a better value and you won't feel rushed. Explore. Completely unprofessional. Their hours were posted as 9-7, after riding for two hours and getting back by 6:40pm they were completely closed. They were very aware of the time allotted that I was riding but closed anyway without any notice though I gave my phone number per the agreement. I then had to lock the bikes up overnight and hope they weren't stolen by morning. By 9:30 the next morning I was there to give them the bikes and key and found they were not open, and two other customers were outside waiting for half an hour. Never renting from them again, no communication. Yes of course unfortunate things happen all the time. However what is the point of asking for my name, number, and email, if it is not going to be used for contact. A simple call/email or even a note on the door would've solved this problem. It was overly stated the amount of theft that happens with bikes in Miami so leaving them outside vulnerable to get stolen with a $500 stolen bike fee left me uneasy. What's "unfortunate" is the fact that I had to leave your bikes outside, I did initially feel bad about leaving the 1 star review however after your lack of customer service skills and insulting me saying I have a lack of education, your belittling comment is why I won't remove the review. How high your ratings are are irrelevant to me. There's always room for improvement. read more

We rented roller blades and bikes today and we are from LA so we take this stuff pretty seriously. First, customer service: in Los Angeles the standard is really high - but somehow these exceeded it. They were incredibly courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. They made the process very easy and helped us get out the door. They also gave us a lot of info about the city and showed us the best places to get good pictures and where to bike/blade to. They definitely went above and beyond. Next, the pricing: more than fair. We would say the pricing was actually a huge bargain -- renting skates and bikes in LA is WAY more expensive than this. Finally, the check out process was so simple and easy: we literally just dropped off the equipment and left and there was no hassle or paperwork or anything like that. OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT: They we're super SUPER clean amidst all this Covid-19 stuff. Everyone wore masks and we watched them sterilize every piece of equipment. We felt so safe. The whole experience was so positive that we plan to rent bikes and blades every day! read more
