The reason for my issue lasting 3 days had nothing to do with the US Passport Services office. It had to do with a separate office in Tallahassee and West Palm Beach unrelated to citizenship. I have only ever written 1 review in my life and now this is the 2nd, bc of how great everyone in that office is. The security guards are kind, understanding, and firm. The staff working on Passport fulfillment are compassionate, patient, and efficient. Everyone involved went above & beyond. It's a tough job bc every person in need of an expedited Passport has a unique situation, and Passport security is national security. The entire Miami office handled the last 3 days of almost a thousand people with class, dignity, and composure. out of gratitude, I offered to cater food for the office but they declined for legal reasons. I don't need a renewal for 10yrs, but if I did it would be a pleasure to visit them again. With all the complainers in this world I hope they get a chance to read this.
