Quick and best place to get a simple Philly cheesesteak. Honestly miss the one in Hialeah 49st as it was the late night spot but glad other places still have them. For hot fresh food it is made pretty fast and it's never super busy so you know it's not just sitting there waiting. The season fries are amazing. came here on a monday morning just at opening time (10 am). went in the drive through, which the speaker was a little broken up and i couldnt really hear what the girl was saying, but we managed. i ordered the large tuna sub and a regular nathan's fries. the sub was fantastic, just delicious, and definitely hit the spot. i like how they dont automatically put cheese on it, so it comes with just lettuce, tomato, pickles, and tuna. simple yet exactly what i wanted. the bread was soft and airy. the tuna was not fishy. the nathan's fries were hot and a perfect portion. the lady at the drive through was sweet. she did forget my cheese sauce on the fries but when i reminded her she quickly got me a side of cheese sauce. im so glad i tried miami grill and will definitely be back again. maybe ill try the shrimp platter next time. read more

I must say I do prefer this location rather than the other Miami Grills I have been too. Miami Grill cooks their food to order so therefore they is always a wait when you go. When I recently went here I was told to pull up at the white line and wait for my food to come out. The girl that took my order was very nice and professional which was a plus for Miami Grill. I waited about 10-15mins for my food to be ready and she came out and handed it to me. I ordered the 10 krispy wings platter that comes with french fries. My food looked fresh as well as the fries. I am not too big into Miami Grill fries but I got it because the platter is not too big of a price different then the wings only. I went inside to ask for an extra buffalo sauce and she gave it to me with no problem. My wings looked very good but when I bite into the wings it didn't taste as good as usually. The wings had too much fat inside and wasn't that enjoyable. Miami Grill need to improve on their chicken. read more

I was in the area and the locals said that I had to try this place before I left. I rode pass on a couple of occasions but on a friday night I decided to stop on by. The reviews are mixed, but I had to try for myself. There were quite a few cars in the line but it went fast. I decided to order a steak sandwich with fries and jalapeno poppers. For some reason my order was confused in the line, but they fixed it at the window. The food was really good and it came out quick. The steak reminds me of jersey mikes in a way. The bread was soft and pliable, and they actually seasoned their meat. I also heard that the wings are really good. I definitly have some things that I want to go back and try when I go back. They stay open late so this is definitely an after the club joint or a place you come to when you are having a late night craving. The food is solid. I have to give this location a huge shout out. This is a soccer mom, working late, can't cook quick enough best fast food option. Whoever makes the salads here truly makes them with love. Consistent every time and they look better than any picture gives credit. Plus it's super fresh, healthy and tastes amazing all for an incredible value. The kids meals also are great value. Great news is that these kids meals satisfy older kids who are typically still hungry due to smaller portion size. The kids meal cheeseburger for example is almost twice the size of other burgers. So for the same price my kids get a burger, fries, a big cookie and a good size drink which u can ask for whole milk instead of a soft drink- thank u!! The manager at this place is very short tempered and was yelling and seems very frustrated with a lady that was his new employee in training. I placed by order and ended up making a slight change to it, she asked the manager for assistance and he just was so rude to her. Then, I presented to him my AAA card via the AAA app on my phone which included the expiration date and he said to me that I needed the actual card to get the discount. The actual card and the card on the app is the exact same card! I then said sir, this is the actual card it's from the AAA app and when I tried showing it to him he refused and yelled at me to stop trying to argue with him. I was so shocked! I gave him a puzzled look because I couldn't believe how nasty he was to me for no reason. Technology is evolving and certain things like the AAA card, Apple Pay, Insurance card and so on are accessible on the phone or even via an app. He clearly hasn't been trained to know this and unfortunately that's Miami Grill's fault. I'm a millennial and technology is I know, so I know for a fact I will not be the last person to use my phone's app instead of a physical card. Other restaurants and stores I've been to has accepted it as the card because they know that everything is accessible on these smartphones nowadays.
