If you want to be scammed, mistreated, and offended, I recommend working with this unprofessional person. I paid for a frame and keyboard replacement, which was never done -- the laptop was only cleaned. I know my old Mac by its marks. That was the first scam I noticed when I got home, but the biggest problem was getting my Mac back. This person came to my location to take it, then told me it was ready but that I had to pay extra for the return trip, something he had never mentioned before. I told him I would pick it up myself, yet he persistently demanded payment through CashApp even though he had my Mac, and I didn't know where he lived or worked. He became rude and offensive when I refused to send money without having my laptop in hand. While I was driving to meet him, he kept sending aggressive messages demanding payment, which I ignored because I was driving. When I arrived at the location he gave me -- apparently his gym -- I sent him my location through Apple so he could see I was there, but he continued asking for money and insulting me. I told him clearly I would not pay until he showed up, and he kept offending me, so I warned him that I would call the police to recover my Mac. Minutes later, he appeared at the entrance of the gym, started yelling and insulting me, and acted aggressively. I remained calm, recording the entire conversation because I knew this behavior would escalate after his earlier messages -- and I was right. He spent several minutes yelling insults until he finally took my Mac out of his car, and I showed him proof of payment through CashApp. He then handed it to me with a nasty attitude, continued cursing as he walked away, and kept sending offensive messages afterward. Later, I texted him again to say I wouldn't let his grotesque, gangster-like behavior slide, as I had only acted respectfully as a client. You can see in the screenshots the disgusting and threatening messages this person wrote to me simply for demanding my rights as a customer. There will be a formal complaint and legal consequences for his threats and offensive conduct. I hope this helps others stay away from this dishonest and aggressive scammer. read more

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Still trying to get my computer back after 6 WEEKS. (Pictures attached for evidence) Not sure how this guy still had a business and best believe we have already reported him to the Bad Business Bureau. My boyfriend wanted to fix my Mac 13'' for my birthday and called Kenneth who said he could have it fixed WITHIN A WEEK MAX, therefore, April 27th we dropped off the computer to him. We should of noticed the first red flag, he only accept cash payments, second red flag, he asks for way over 50% of the price as "deposit". He quoted us $475 for the job and had us deposit $350. We called after the week when it was supposed to be ready and Kenneth Said the part he ordered from China came in damaged and needed to order a new one or we could pay an extra $100 for him to order it local. He said he'd need another week or so to get the new part replaced. 4 WEEKS after he told my boyfriend his place had a flood and the new part he order now had liquid damage and it wasn't his fault. At this point my boyfriend just wanted the computer and deposit back since he said it will take another month for a new piece to come in. He refuses to give a refund of the deposit, he started cursing out at my boyfriend calling him "a**hole", screaming over the phone and not letting my boyfriend talk AT ALL to try to come to a solution. He would hang up, we would call back and then he picks up and doesn't talk, that's what he calls "harassing" - a customer trying to figure out what's going on. (Video) wish I was there early enough to record him screaming and cursing. Not to mention the many times within this whole month he told us "I'll call you back with an update" and NEVER DID, with a thousand excuses every single time. Well, we are 8 WEEKS IN still trying to get my computer from him. We showed up at his place and he refused to show us the "damaged" pieces he ordered, he didn't want to show us the receipt of the parts to prove he did in fact order new parts... HE IS A LIAR. He said he "will never lose" and charged us an extra $50 to get this part local. Today, JUNE 9th we called him early morning and he said to come at 4 PM to pick it up... once we got here he still needs an extra 30 MIN to work on it... it's 5:40PM and still here sitting at the parking lot, after a 35 min drive for him to JUST NOW work on fixing it. This is not a false review and it's pretty obvious to me these "positive" reviews are fishy since all of the negative ones have the same things in common; unprofessional service, quotes changing, long time for repairs and an extremely rude, arrogant and con artist of an owner. read more

Please avoid this guy at all cost My Experience: I came into the shop for a laptop repair (My Mac was running extremely slow) on April/10. I was told that a repair attempt would be made on my device and if he could not fix it. I would be refunded the total amount -$50 for his time/labor. He requested I paid half upfront in which I did and it would take no longer then the weekend to get it fixed. On April 20th he said my laptop was "done" and he just needed to run a few more test. I then could not get in contact with him for the next 3-4 weeks unless I physically came into the store and demanded a update on my laptop which he always gave me some bs excess like "I was with family" or " I had food poisoning" [screenshots also included]. After me constantly trying to get into contact with him and getting that same "I'll call you back in 15mins" I said I wanted to canceled my repair, and get my laptop and deposit back subtracting the 50 we originally agreed upon. He then said oh I can't do that because he already spend "so much money trying to fix my motherboard " and if I wanted my broken laptop back he wasn't giving me my deposit back. Now he's yelling and talking over me on the phone trying to tell me what do and don't know, calling me a a**hole for "blowing" up his phone and rushing him on the repair and doesn't "have" to give me a good deal. Meanwhile it's May 19th? Over a 5 weeks of when I first came in and more then 4 weeks from when he said it was finished? [also screenshots included below]. That same day he so conveniently found another problem with my laptop and said the case also needed to be replaced or else my laptop would still be broken and he would not refund me because the motherboard repair was "successful" . I said okay, I paid off the first item and requested he fix the second (This was my mistake but at the end of the day I just wanted a working laptop). So again we go through the same BS. "oh the parts on its way", "sorry the messed up in the mail and sent me the wrong one" blah blah blah. Finally I snap on him again and he conveniently had another unit that he'll swap the parts for. June 19th he finally says my laptop is fully working and ready to be picked up. I come in and within 3 minutes of me using it I could tell he did absolutely nothing, my computer was still running slow and running into the same errors/issues as when I first bought in. He took a look at it and said "oh the storage is bad". This dude had my laptop for 3 months didn't do anything because it only took about 5 minutes to come up with that (I did thoroughly explain the problem when I dropped it off the first time). He did absolutely nothing but took my money. So now to actually fix it he wants me to paid another 400/500 to do a motherboard swap. That's when I called him out and said I wasn't going to go do that. He then started preaching/yelling while he kept talking over me about how I don't know what I'm talking about. He eventually said he'll give me the refund that we originally agreed and he just needed the day to revert my laptop back to the condition I gave it to him, I said fine and I'll be there tomorrow. I call ahead, as usual no answer. He later sends a text saying that he's waiting on a response for a mother board replacement....when he said he was going to give me my laptop back in it's original state the day before. When I again said I want a refund he threw out some more pity and said he'll only do a partial refund and take $100 from the total I paid for his time and labor....which is crazy because if you ask me he didn't do anything besides brake my fans AND on top of that he originally said $50 at first. When I called him out on he responded with "take me to court". "I'm trying to save you from buying another 2k computer!!" "so you losing your own money through your own arrogance and pride." "i don't want to ask you again please. My time is priceless" ~ (but he couldn't spend 5 minutes to diagnose my laptop?) All the things he would say as I'm trying to request a refund. And I could go on and on. Extended note: I encourage you all (if you have the time) to look at some of the other negative reviews about this guy because they're all sound just about the same (they also have a ton of screenshots ect). Ps: This is just my take but some of the positive reviews sound kinda fake, kinda sound like they're doing advertising To the owner: I know you like to respond to these so please feel free to respond to this one as well. I WOULDN'T GIVE 1 STAR!!! UNPROFESSIONAL/LIAR AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND DONT GO TO HIM (KENNETH) HE STARTED HARASSING ME AND LEAVING INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES Well my Mac book pro 13" had light water damage and I never looked into it until the past 4 months. I was on Craigs list and saw this business and then came to yelp to confirm it was a "good" business. So I called Kenneth to schedule an appointment. The first time I called him he said he was in the office and had things to do but he would be back later and if I could go in at 6pm. I received no call no text no nothing after that phone call. That was a Sunday. On Tuesday I get a text from Kenneth apologizing about the no call no show. He reschedule with me for Friday. On Friday he text and confirmed the time which was 10am. I was running about 5/10 mins late with the traffic in Miami and I text him prior to our 10am appointment to let him know. (Turns out I was actually right on time) however he was 15 mins late. Stating he had to "step out". I waited in the car patiently until he arrived. I get inside the office and sit down and tell him my concerns. He tells me it's my Ram and one is bad after opening the back and taking a quick look. I asked him is he sure that's all because again I know there is light liquid damage. Within minutes another female and a baby comes in and sits next to me. (I guess he doubled booked). I wasn't too happy but I suggested he take care of her first and then me after since she was just picking up. He immediately tells me a price and says he can take any form of payment for the ram upgrade which was $85 for 8gb ( not bad/standard price). I asked him how long would it take & he told me to come back in an hour. I LIVE 25/30 mins AWAY so to kill time I had no choice but to drive around and park and twiddle my fingers. After an hour goes by I call him and he tell me he's with a customer and an entire story. I ask him how long he tells me another 30 mins. By this time it's almost 12pm my appointment was at 10am. I showed up at 12:45pm and TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT HE TOOK 3 HOURS! I left his office at 145pm!!! BUT MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10am!! HE THEN TELLS ME HOW BUSY HE IS AND IF I CAN DRIVE WITH HIM TO BEST BUY. MY COMPUTER STILL WASNT DONE AFTER AN 1&30mins THEN HE TELLS ME MY $85 I JUST PAID HIM DOESN'T DO ANYTHING FOR HIS BUSINESS BECAUSE HE ONLY MADE $10 PROFIT! I KEPT MY MOUTH SHUT AND HE SAID I HAD 30 DAYS TO COME BACK IF I HAD ANY ISSUES. I mean I had already paid the man, I was already late to work , and I WAITED 3 hrs. AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW UPGRADE OF 8gb HE TELLS ME MY KEYBOARD ISN'T RESPONDING! WOW!!! BUT I THOUGH HE DID A FULL DIAGNOSTIC AND MY LAPTOP HAD BEEN with HIM FOR 3 HOURS!!! So after searching for places close to me i decided to try them out. He only charged $550 dollars to replace my screen. He had it done it about 3 Days after i dropped it off. By far, the worst place you can possibly have your computer repaired. Kenneth is one of the biggest con artists in this planet. He kept my computer hostage for 8 months (I am sure he is going to come back with a nasty comment to downplay his wrongdoings). Nothing he says will amount to the disappointment and discouragement I have about all this mess. He even brings God into his lies which made me even angrier. How can a religious person take advantage of others and lie to them? That's a total contradiction. He is a sociopath unable to treat his clients with respect and consideration. I am presenting evidence where he tried to rip me off even more on top of what he already did. I had to bring the police over so that he actually gives me my computer back. He even wanted to charge me for "usage" of a broken computer he gave me as a temporary replacement because he wouldn't give me mine timely. When he couldn't do that, he fabricated an invoice (attached), little does he know I keep all my receipts and turned out he owed me and not the other way around. Of course, he refused to pay me. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO THERE. His place now is in Doral and he probably closed this "location" because of the reviews. He advertises computers on various places. The computer I had gotten from his previously also had issues and I had to send it to be repaired which he never wanted to pay me back even when he claims his computers come with "warranty". If you're looking for on time anything don't come here. He was even 40 mins late for an appointment he had already postponed an hour leaving me no choice but to sit in the parking lot waiting because the traffic in that area is a nightmare. The work was over a week later than promised with excuses for which he refused to allow verification. The work is adequate but my confidence level is low as the "new" screen is hardly any better than the one removed. Another customer turned up while I was waiting and as I waited even longer in his little shop, I witnessed two huge roaches in the office. I checked my equipment to make sure I was not transporting insect larvae. He gave me a case for my computer as a conciliatory gesture but I will never return even if the screen replaced fails. I recently went here to fix my 2015 model 15 inch MacBook Pro Retina. I spilled Water on the Keyboard and my Mac would no longer turn on nor take a charge. Last week I was looking for excellent place to find a repair without it costing me a arm and leg. I searched Google for this Place came up first. I called and spoke to Kenneth regarding fixing my Mac. He told me for complete refurbishment for my MacBook Pro would cost me $650 and he would replace any defective parts for this flat rate. It was amazing deal considering I would have to pay over $1000 to replace it with the manufacture to fix it. Fast Forward to Monday a week later. Kenneth told me the Mac was ready for pick up. When I got the Mac, I was told that my logic board and top case was replaced and I have Repair Warranty for 90 Days. Not only did my Mac work perfect, He also managed to back up my data for me before repair and had all my info back on my Mac like nothing happened. I can't complain on his service. I was in Virginia at the time we began to converse over the phone. I never felt the need to be skeptic. He's a stand up guy. Answered all my questions. When I did get to Miami, I had scheduling mishaps for various reasons. We were supposed to arrange a meeting early. I couldn't call until later in the day due to a broken phone. We were finally able to establish a meeting which involved Kenneth staying late. He even made a special run to get the upgraded drive I requested, as he no longer had it in stock, and he wanted to meet the schedule restraint I had.
