Medicine has changed so much but it's truly an honor when you find those doctors that show they care to take time with each patient to explain in detail everything. I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.

I came in with dental insurance and a chipped tooth that needed a simple bonding. I clearly told them what I was there for. Of course, they started with a full X-ray and first-time exam (standard stuff), but then things got weird. A very well-dressed woman walks in not in scrubs, and starts telling me I need a deep cleaning before they can even touch my chipped tooth. She throws around things like "possible heart disease". The whole thing felt more like a sales pitch than a medical opinion. Honestly, if you're trying to be taken seriously in a healthcare setting, maybe dress like you're actually part of it not like you're there to close a car deal. Then comes the quote: $1200 for the deep cleaning with insurance. I was told insurance doesn't cover it. That sounded off, so I called my provider they said that's not true that they covered it . Insurance called the office asking for the paperwork to verify coverage. Aspen Dental refused to send it. It took multiple calls to finally get them to send what was needed, and sure enough, insurance confirmed it was covered. Did Aspen ever call me back? Nope. I ended up going somewhere else, had no problems, and guess what? The procedure was covered just like insurance said. Moral of the story: if you don't want to feel like just another dollar sign, go somewhere else. These folks don't care about you or your dental Health they care about the green in your pocket

Ibuprofen/ Tylenol was not helping warm/cold compresses was not helping and I was worried to go into the weekend without my medication. She then made it seem as if I was taking my medication incorrectly. I was prescribed 12 pills to be taken every 6 hours. That is 2 days worth of medication I am on day 3 with a few remaining... I obviously explained the math to the woman on the phone.... and she then told me well we won't prescribe anymore and just so you know the pain is the worst on day 3. So yeah not helpful and certainly would not recommend!!!!
