It took me more than one pass to find the location as there isn't a storefront sign, only a sandwich board and window sign. It sits right next to Pound Melters. Let me be clear: my only reservations about giving this business five stars is that the cost ($38 for a polish and heel change) seemed a bit high. It was also charged in advance. The work was done on time, however, and well. It's a no frills shop, probably the least cluttered shoe repair shop I've ever seen. I'm glad that I gave them a try and I'll be back as I greatly prefer to repair what I have than purchase new. No complaints, besides I have a rewards card now!
