I usually don't write many reviews, but this one had to be shared. The young receptionist is by far one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. Once you're at the office all they're trying to do is push procedures on you, and nothing to help you maintain or prevent allergies. Initially I asked them what the out-of-pocket would be, mind you I had Provided my insurance. After "looking into it" I was told not to worry the insurance would cover most of it. I was given a prescription to Flonase and push to have a sinus in office surgery. No other medication prescription or guidelines are provided. When I told them I did not have the funds to do a procedure and I would really like to just maintain and prevent occurrences, they told me to do an allergy test. Knowing that I cannot pay for anything too expensive as I am not working, I was assured the insurance would cover it. I went in for the allergy test, an older lady came into the room with the needles and pre-prepped trays. When I asked if I had to get a gown she did not want to provide one. She was very rough all the injections started bleeding. Numerous times she open the door and I noticed a gentleman staring right at me when I had my shirt around my neck sitting there with just my bra on. I told her I can't believe you exposed me she just laughed it off saying he didn't see anything. I called and asked to speak to the manager, his response was "we are doing everything in our new office to prevent such incidences". Great how does that help with me, I felt violated. But again did nothing for my situation for being exposed and was very inconsiderate. I have never been to an office so rude, irresponsible, and they did not want to take the fault in their horrible mistakes. I was sent a bill for over $1000, and when I called to discuss what happened, they did not seem to care. Be careful and avoid this office by all means, they don't care for the patient, all their hours for the money. read more

Very happy with the treatment obtained by Dr. Bublik. I have to say that he has a very gentle hand and possesses excellent bedside skills. I was not very impressed with the work Dr. Bublik did. I think Dr. Bublik office is out for money and thats there main focus which doesn't build a business to be successful and is quite sad. Veronica told me before surgery if I am not 100% satisfied they will fix it for free, what a joke a total lie.. Don't believe everything that is told in that office its about the money and not about satisfying patients wants or needs. Also at first Dr. Bublik was responding to all emails then after surgery no response guess why he got my money. My gratitude for Dr. Bublik is immense... I found him online... I booked an appointment due to debilitating allergies and zero luck with an allergist for years... I was tired of taking meds that did almost nothing... upon meeting Dr. Bublik, I was sold... he examined my nose with a camera immediately... he ordered a CT scan thereafter... he told me my debilitating allergies were due to a structural deformity and chronic sinusitis... contrary to what my allergist said... I had a septoplasty and sinuplasty... I was in and out of the hospital before 2pm... I had ZERO pain in my nose... there was no packing and very minimal bleeding... Dr. Bublik is certainly a craftsman... I returned to his office for a suction and check up twice... everything has been awesome and without issue... and his staff is fabulous... Arpi and Veronica are superb... his office is bustling and there's usually a wait beyond appointment time... but it's worth it... I've not had ANY allergy flare ups... I had been suffering from chronic sinusitis for the past four years. I have seen multiple primary care physicians and ENTs in the past who would give me antibiotics and nasal sprays but unfortunately every year I would have at least three flare-ups. I was looking for a new ENT when I came across Dr. Bublik. During my office visit, he performed his examination, explained to me his multi-step treatment plan and answered all the questions I had. I went to Dr. Bublik because I had a deviated septum and I needed a Turbinate Reduction. I had difficulty breathing and I needed my nose cleared from the polyps in my nose. I would constantly get migraines and the sinus pressure would really make my migraines worse. I Googled him and read his reviews; he seemed to be the best Doctor for my issues. I scheduled a consultation with him and decided he was the one I was going to go with. He was very educated and explained thoroughly about the procedure. I scheduled my surgery and it's been a week post-op and let me tell you this...I have never breathed so good than I am today after the surgery. I've been healing tremendously well and he has been very helpful with answering any questions I have. I would 100% recommend him. The recovery process was amazing. Minimal recovery. Not being able to breath well is not only uncomfortable and frightening, but also detrimental to our health. Dr. Bublik is the best in the field and one of the few who incorporates a high-end ENT practice with state of the art cosmetic practice. He specializes in Balloon Sinuplasty that helps chronic sinus sufferers find relief once and for all. He does fillers and Botox/Dysport. He does surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty. New nose in a few minutes? I witnessed my friend do it. Incredible results! It was nice to have a talented physician do my fillers and not a nurse (no offense). I had a few procedures done with Dr. Bublick, one of which included a rhinoplasty. I went over the notes of the procedure and not half of what the doctor said he did was on that document. I paid close to $8k out of pocket and my nose is completely crooked. I pointed this out to the doctor when the cast came off and he said don't worry it's just swollen. After that, every follow up I had, I mentioned it's still swollen, he told me to put pressure on that side because it is swollen. It is now 13 months since the procedure and it is still crooked. I got a second opinion from another doctor and he said that it is not swollen (which is obvious at this point) but that there is a collapsed cartilage on the left nostril. I have tried my best to convince the doctor to fix it in a nice way and even told him what exactly needs to be done but he continues to say I haven't convinced him that it needs fixing. The doctor is not confident with what he is telling me and is acting like there is no solution to the outcome of my nose. A lot of my family is in the medical field and they all reassure me and the surgeon I got a second opinion from that it can be fixed. From reading the notes of the procedure, the doctor mentioned in the first paragraph that my nose is crooked and I am aware that it will not be fixed. This is a complete lie because I was getting a rhinoplasty for this reason. He rushed through my procedure and I was nervous when he rushed in 10 minutes before the surgery was to start. This doctor has very poor morality and is only out for his pocket, he has something to say for everything and has continued to refuse to fix his mistake or give a refund. This has affected my well being and mental health, I am pursuing legal action and have extensive documentation for everything. Do yourself a solid and stay away from this practice at all costs. read more

Best ENT in town. I've been a chronic allergy and sinus sufferer my whole life and am glad I finally found this office! Everyone here has been incredibly helpful from Jasmine at the front (who's always found a way to get me in), to the hilarious allergist Karina, and the nurse that's gone above and beyond multiple times Arpi. Bubliks goal is for full relief of sinus symptoms - not just putting band aids on problems. I've been to numerous ENT's and allergists - none actually helped me until I saw Dr. Bublik. He recommended sinus surgery, and it was one of the best decisions I have made! My quality of life has improved tremendously. I can now breathe, smell and exercise with ease. What a difference it has made! I was never able to enjoy swimming, massages or basically anything where there was pressure placed on the nose/face. My father got Turbinate Reduction about 17 years ago with Dr. Paul Toffel and since he retired and I needed to get the same surgery, Dr. Toffel, referred me to Dr. Bublik. Wow, what a great experience. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I was late a couple times and they let me still go in, even with a waiting room full of people. When I go on time, I have always been in a room talking to an assistant or a doctor right away. The surgery was a breeze, as well. The results were incredible and the direction for my nose to completely heal were easy. My physical and mental health has improve so much. For the past 6 years I've had issues with breathing, sense of smell and taste, I had seen an allergy specialist who had told me I have polyps, but not a big deal no need for surgery. My sense of smell and taste was gone and I was beginning to worry. I did my own research and found Dr. Bublik on yelp. I decided to schedule an appointment, so over the weekend I emailed them. Early Monday morning I received an email back from Nataliya, I was surprised usually my experience has been that I have to call twice to schedule with other offices. This showed me that not only are they professional but they seem to know what they're doing. My appointment was scheduled and I visited their office. This office deserve 5+ stars and honestly their are a few doctors that I can refer to as angels on earth who truly care and value their patience and work. With one look Dr. Bublik said that I needed a surgery, my polyps where so big that it effected my whole breathing, smell and taste. I honestly signed up on yelp just to say how amazing dr is. I normally don't do this but dr and his staff ware so amazing that I don't know how to thank him so I'm going to make sure people know how good he is. I went to dr because my ear drum popped! I was in so much pain and no dr office would give me same day appointment. I called the office the ladies ware so helpful. I wasn't sure if they took my insurance so I emailed them and they checked it but unfortunately they weren't in network with my insurance. Since they ware so amazing and they took the time to check, I decided I will just pay office visit and see him and they ware so nice that they gave me an appointment same day! The dr cleaned my ears and gave me ear drops and some other pills don't remember the name :/ Oh man my ear felt so much lighter once he cleaned it. I still had mild pain 2days after I called him and he called me right back he told me that it's normal and to keep using the drops and the other medication he gave me now my ear feels better then ever. I was in search for an ENT doctor and found Dr. Bublik on Yelp. He is very professional, patient and gives thorough explanations. He did an endoscopy in my nose and discovered that my entire left side is clogged. He suggested a septoplasty surgery to clear it up. In turn, I asked if he does cosmetic surgery as well, and he said yes. (If I'm going to have surgery, might as well have him do both at once!) So I asked for him to do a rhinoplasty on me as well. This worked out with my insurance, so I was happy! The results of both surgeries was a total success. Let's just say I left the surgery center with my arms in the air, feeling like a champ! My recovery went well, better than expected! I'm so happy I did this for myself - and my nose looks so natural, just what I asked for. I would recommend Dr. Bublik to anyone looking for both a septoplasy and rhinoplasty. One more thing, his office staff ladies are so nice! Dr. Bublik is an excellent Doctor. I first met him when he took my little girls in on the same day because I begged that he add them for an ear infection. Although my girls were a bit disruptive, Dr. Bublik was kind and patient and was able to get my girls to cooperate so he could exam them. He then went on to treat my husband who was having issues and he was the only Dr. after seeing other specialists was able to nail down my husband's issue. He then saw me and was able to help me. Had a wound/closure performed by Dr. Bublik after a Moh's surgeon removed a tumor from the forehead area. Absolutely astounded how in little time all looked normal again as if I had nothing done. I would recommend Dr. Bublik to anyone needing revision rhinoplasty. The right side of my nose had cartilage loss and appeared sunken in. I had rhinoplasty years ago to correct it, but it really didn't correct the problem. The right side still appeared sunken in and the tip of my nose was asymmetrical as a result. Dr. Bublik performed my revision rhinoplasty three weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. He also shaved down a small bone at the top of my nose that stuck out and a small hump on my nose. I finally have a normal looking, pretty nose and a nice profile. read more

An amazing doctor !!!!! Dr Bublik is exactly who you are looking for . I would just like to thank Dr. Bublik for allowing me to breathe , and his assistant Stephen for being one of the best and nicest assistants ever. Jazmine was also amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing and the steps that need to be taken . I had an extreme deviated septum to where I could only breathe 15% on one side . That side is now 100% . The surgery for a septoplasty with turbinate reduction was very smooth with Dr. Bublik and not as bad as I thought it was going to be at all . He doesn't use any packing because he is that great . Dr. BUBLIK is excellent. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. My only gripe is the fact that his office staff needs improvement. The staff are quite slow and the service overall is slow. The medical assistant who helped Dr. B during my procedure waa extremely talkative though she was pretty much talking about nothing that had to do with my procedure. This was frustrating as time of course is precious. It appaears as though they do not have enough help in the office and the ones they have are too slow which impacts the overall rating. read more

From the first phone conservation with the incredible and very nice receptionist to my visit with the doctor it was a pleasant experience. I was referred to Dr. Bublik by my neurologist because of severe headaches that I was having in my sinus areas. I learned that I suffered from a long list of severe allergies and that my sinus pain was done to a deviated septum. I then got surgery and two procedures were done: a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. I have to say that everything has turned out perfect and I am breathing perfectly fine now through both my nostrils, which is a first for me in over a decade. I had been to several ENT doctors over the past several years, and no one was able to give me any definitive answers or help until I went to Dr Bublik. I had been having trouble with chronic sinus infections and a large, hard mass growing inside my nostril for over 4 years. I felt miserable constantly. When a lump started growing on the other side of my nose and twisting and deforming the shape of my nose from an external perspective, I knew something had to be wrong. The other ENT's I went to previously kept trying to tell me it was just a zit or an infection, one said it may be a tumor but he wasn't sure (and wouldn't even try to biopsy it, despite his concerns!). The original lump inside my nostril got so large that it was completely blocking my airway on the one side, and was pushing into my septum, causing a lot of pain. As soon as I had a consultation with Dr Bublik, he immediately put my mind at ease and explained what was actually going on with my nose. It definitely was not a zit as I knew all along, and he assured me there was no need to worry about it being a tumor. I had been worried for 4 years that I had nose cancer and no one knew how to help me! That is a terrible feeling to have lurking in the back of your mind, especially when you have small children! Dr Bublik scheduled me for surgery, and was very detailed in explaining the entire process to me and what to expect. He opened up my collapsed sinuses, and did an amazing reconstruction job on my entire nose. I feel so much better and my nose has never looked better in my life! My chronic sinus infections are gone and I finally have energy again. I didn't even realize until comparing to photos from prior to my surgery how much the lymph nodes under my chin had been swollen all the time previously because of my sinus infections, and now I have my jaw line back again! :) I also can sing again now that my nose isn't all blocked, which was really exciting for me, and I have my normal voice back again (I minored in voice in college so not being able to breathe properly had been incredibly depressing). I am sleeping better, have seen an increase in my energy levels, and more. I had been struggling with depression and insecurity as my nose continued to morph and deform into some awful mess, and I feel worlds better after my surgery. I feel like my old self again, but better! Dr Bublik and his entire staff have been so incredibly warm and caring, and so sweet to my two little boys, which is always a huge bonus. :) I am pleased beyond words. Dr Bublik is triple board certified, which is exactly the level of expertise that I needed to help solve my problem, and hadn't found with other doctors. He is an ENT, allergist, and plastic surgeon - such an amazing combo! He also is helping me manage my migraines via Dysport...I had been discouraged that I couldn't treat them with Botox anymore after developing an anaphylactic response to my egg allergy and Dr Bublik assured me that there was another option available for me, which was incredibly exciting!
