This is a review that I'm writing on behalf of my husband who is not on yelp. He had a secondary infection in his ear/throat from an emergency root canal a month back. His lymph nodes were so swollen and his ear aching. The staff that answered the phone was so cordial and able to take us the same day. My husband said the staff and Dr. were very professional and cordial. I also liked the fact that he used a camera to check into his ear/throat area. My experience with Dr. Bublik has been exceptional! I have had severe allergies and sinus infections throughout most of my life, and as a child, I was told by my ENT doctor that I would need sinus surgery as an adult. I finally decided to take the plunge and reach out to specialized doctor who could assess my needs and perform the procedure. I am so glad I found Dr. Bublik for this! From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and knowledgable about my situation. He provided me with options for the procedure, as well as a detailed outline of what to expect pre, during, and post surgery. I was nervous about going under anesthesia (it had been years since I had done anything like this), however he was very comforting and supportive, even calling me and my husband a few times after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay and didn't have any major concerns. I ask a lot of questions by nature, and his office was so helpful every time I called with questions or concerns. The post-op debridement procedures were a little overwhelming for me, but Dr. Bublik was so gentle and careful, assuring me that I was healing nicely and that everything I was experiencing in my recovery was perfectly normal. Also, Veronica was especially amazing and helpful! She is incredibly sweet, personable and organized, and she really made me feel like I had extra support and care in the office. I really can't say enough great things about Dr. Bublik and his team, and I'm so grateful I was able to get this procedure done by such a skilled doctor. I'm not sure where to begin. I went in for ear wax removal, and got an invoice (after insurance) for $310!! The office consultation alone was $315! My goodness, all I went in for was ear wax removal, not surgery or anything complicated. Had I known such a service would have cost so much, I would have never in my life gone to this doctor. And he made me wait one full hour before seeing me!! I called for a discount and got $60 off. Absolutely ridiculous. And only when I called back did they tell me that. No follow up, except for a past due notice for the previous amount. And when I paid the bill, the customer service lady was so rude. read more

First off - I would only ever trust a facial surgeon to inject anything into my face; however, after seeing a different ENT for Botox (mainly for preventative measures) I realized how unhappy I was with the un-natural look of my eyebrows. They were slightly uneven and overly arched for my liking. Dr. Bublik immediately noticed the issue, and was able to correct it with one painless injection. What a world of difference! I was extremely pleased with his work and felt confident in his artistic ability. I recently returned to see Dr. Bublik as it had been 5 months since my last appointment. His staff was very attentive and professional. Again, I was thoroughly pleased with my subtle, amazing results! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bublik when having my tonsils removed. The surgery was swift and smooth, very professional, and the team were very caring and professional throughout my experience. Dr. Bublik did a superb job with the surgery itself -- I experienced very little pain during my recovery (despite having heard "horror stories" from other people about their tonsillectomy experience with other Dr's), and I'm convinced that is directly attributable to Dr. Bublik's skill. I would highly recommend Dr. Bublik to my family and everyone else. First off I was very impressed after I called the office to make an appointment and was able to get an appointment within 2 days of my call. All the other ear doctors in the area had at least 2 week wait for an appointment. After I arrived at the office on the day of my appointment, I waited no more than a half hour in the waiting room. Since I was a 1st time patient I expected to be filling out major paperwork and a long wait so I was much impressed when this was not a painful process at all. After being seated within a private room, it was only a couple minutes before the doctor came by for the consultation (which to me was previously unheard of compared to my past wait times of at least 30 minutes or so at some offices). Upon meeting with the staff and Dr. Bublik, everyone was VERY friendly and comfortable/easy to talk to. Dr. Bublik himself was very attentive to all I had to say and very helpful and knowledgeable in his advice regarding my ear issue and questions I had about some sleep issues I had been having. Besides my consultation, I needed a quick procedure to clean the ear wax from my eardrum since my hearing was blocked. Dr. Bublik was very gentle and attentive in cleaning my eardrum. Out of desperation, based on a friend's referral, I decided to see Dr. Bublik hoping he could address a recurrent condition that other two specialists were unable to resolve. Dr. Bublik took the time to listen to me, and proposed a course of action different than the other two previous doctors. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but I have to here. I had sinus issues for months and got the balloon sinuplasty with Dr. Bublik a few weeks ago. I went to a different ENT before Dr. Bublik and he had recommended sinus surgery - I'm SO glad I decided to get a second opinion and go to Dr. Bublik. The balloon sinuplasty was rather painful, but I also had a lot of issues up there which caused more pain than I think I would have normally felt. If you're queasy I recommend general anesthesia rather than local. After the procedure, I had drainage for about 10 days, but it's been about 3 weeks since the procedure and I am feeling so much better! This procedure has helped me in ways I didn't even expect, like lessening my teeth grinding. I can actually breathe through my nose now and I didn't even know that I wasn't before! It opened everything up. After having a lot of bad ENTs, I'm glad I found this one. read more

I've been going to Dr. Bublik for close to 6 months. I have always had a great experience. The office team is always helpful.

I suffered for decades with severe headaches, sometimes five in one month. Every few years I would seek out a new treatment with my doctor or a new specialist trying to find something that worked. Finally a friend who had similar headaches saw an ENT at Cedars that was able to provide her some relief, so I decided to see her doctor. It turns out that getting from the San Gabriel Valley to Cedars and back in a timely manner is next to impossible. I needed to find an ENT closer to home. Thank goodness for Dr. Bublik's Glendale office. He diagnosed both my deviated septum, so severe it nearly blocked my left sinus, and the allergies that caused so much congestion. It has been a year since Dr. Bublik fixed my septum and I began allergy shots with his office- I've only had one severe headache in that time. Prior to seeing Dr. Bublik I had as many as 30 debilitating headaches a year, I am incredibly grateful for what he was able to do for me. It's improved my life as well as my family life. read more

Dr. Bublik is wonderful. I went to see him after years of sinus infections, allergies, and always feeling sick. He was very proactive, and saw the cause right away. We confirmed with CT scans that he was correct, and saw that the best option was surgery for me. (I had blockages in my sinuses, a deviated septum, and swollen airways). The surgery went very well, I healed quickly, and my quality of life has significantly changed for the better. I can smell now, my allergies are not as bad, and I can breathe!!! I haven't had a single cold or sinus infection since my surgery. I knew I needed something done, but I had no idea how much I was suffering until I suddenly wasn't anymore! Dr. Bublik and staff are truly amazing!! I have visited many ENT's and general physicians in regards to trouble breathing and suffering from allergies almost all of my life. As soon as I stepped in Dr. Bublik's office about a year and a half ago I cannot be happier with the progress I have made with my allergies and overall health. The staff is amazing and professional. Starting from the receptionist Nataliya who is so kind and helpful. Every time I need to change an appointment time for my allergy therapy she gets it done quickly and efficiently. My allergy therapist Karina is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and concerns. She knows her job well and it shows!! Arpi, the nurse is energetic and receptive. Every time I walk in the office she greets me with a smile. Last but not least Dr. Bublik takes his time with each of his patients and listens. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. Was having chronic sinus infections, pressure, pain and post nasal drip. Had been on and off antibiotics for months. I was feeling pretty desperate. Dr. Bublik recommended balloon sinuplasty to help with all my symptoms. It was a relatively easy procedure (just a sore throat and some nausea from the pain meds for a few hours after). It was the best decision! I'm one month out and I can't believe how much better I can breathe. I don't wake up every morning congested. I no longer have to take Claritin every day. His office was so helpful as well. They returned my calls promptly. I would absolutely recommend him! read more

We were so very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Bublik last week. I contacted the office after leaving the referring physicians office, and they were able to accommodate us right away. My Mom was experiencing severe nose bleeds, and Dr. Bublik diagnosed the source of the problem and treated it immediately. Unfortunately, the bleeding started again the following morning. I paged the doctor, and was told to bring her straight into the office. I am sharing this background information because it is important to note he did not suggest taking her to the ER, which would have been a much more stressful situation. This gesture just solidified my first impression of Dr. Bublik as compassionate, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. Dr. Bublik is an excellent surgeon (I had nose/throat surgery last year) and a very attentive doctor. His practice is a well run small establishment and his assistants are attentive. You can't feel lost there. I also get Botox and Restylane treatments once a year and I won't go to anyone else: he is very good at what he does and you won't look like you are trying to audition for a Hollywood part! I had been to other doctors before for Botox, and the results lasted between 1 to 3 months. When I go to Dr. Bublik, it last AT LEAST 6 months! His prices are fair and the results are outstanding. read more

Words can't describe how amazing Dr Bublik is. I am so happy and amazed at his work! He truly is an understanding doctor who does his best to make sure you're happy with your results . Walking into my consult was terrifying because most places I've gone too weren't as nice and professional like dr bubliks office . I had an appointment and as soon as I walked in I filled out paper work and walked into his office . Sitting down and explaining why I didn't like my nose and why I wanted to get it done was a little hard and emotional because I hate how it looked. He understood exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my new nose to look. Immediately I booked my surgery date with him because I was 100% sure he was the doctor for me . I had turbinate reduction/septoplasty done by Dr Bublik. His conservative treatment failed to correct my nasal obstruction. Even after a course of oral steroids, my breathing became worst after the surgery. I felt that I didn't get the best treatment here. The doctor's callous and dismissive attitude didn't help put me at ease on the day of my surgery. I felt that I was subjected to a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering during the post-op visits. On several occasions my nose bled profusely during his "cleaning" and he made no attempt to apologize or medicate me to stop the bleeding. I got handed tissues instead. The surgical coordinator (Anna) gave me such a hard time when I asked for medical leave extension. She had me wait for half an hour while I was sitting in the office bleeding from my nose. The note had only two sentences btw. I also find it unusual that his office billed for every post-op visits which should've been included as part of the surgery fee. If I had to do it again, I would gladly pay out of pocket to get better treatment elsewhere...which I eventually did. read more

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Terrible, rude office staff. I was referred to Dr. Bublik as an ENT (not a plastic surgeon). I went in for a consultation and he performed a nasal endoscopy. His office made me to sign a form indicating I would pay whatever my insurance didn't cover without giving an estimate on the form. When I questioned this, the doctor was rude, dismissive and didn't bother explaining "how it works". This wasn't my first visit to a doctor. An estimate should always be given. I decided to go for a second opinion for my case, so I contacted the office to receive my test results. To say that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing is an understatement. After going through several people over a course of a few days, I was told to bring an empty flash drive to the office and give them a week to copy my results for me. When I arrived at the office with the flash drive, I was told it had to be an unopened flash drive. The office staff is unprofessional and can't even adequately communicate their protocol. The protocol that is actually contrary to how doctors are supposed to operate - this is not only rude but also unlawful. Doctors are required to respond to requests for tests / lab work within seven days because they're my tests about my health and therefore belong to me. I shouldn't have to chase a doctor for MY results. But the good news is that I am now on his mailing lists and get emails for Botox discounts! read more

My husband has suffered with severe headaches, congestion, and general discomfort daily in his sinus. We visited numerous doctors over the past twenty years suggesting all kinds of medications, he used the Neti Pot, tried any solution he could for relief. While visiting China my husband had a fainting spell from what turned out to be yet another inner ear infection from his sinus and also to learn that he had a severely deviated septum.
