It was indicated multiple times that I needed this retainer not for orthodontics but for grinding my teeth at night and to prevent further fractures. I feel this business has a complete lack of integrity and business ethics. I was shown a screen reflecting the fracturing in my teeth and then pushed the importance of receiving this retainer to prevent further damage at my appointment but during my recent visit she could not recall the diagnosis insisted we discussed this being for keeping my teeth straight which is absolutely not true.

My question is, why do they constantly harass you with texts and calls to confirm the appointment, but when it comes to canceling it, they give zero notice?
