Everyone was really good about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. The dentist even spent an impressive amount of time with me which I was surprised about. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention. It was indicated multiple times that I needed this retainer not for orthodontics but for grinding my teeth at night and to prevent further fractures. I feel this business has a complete lack of integrity and business ethics. I was shown a screen reflecting the fracturing in my teeth and then pushed the importance of receiving this retainer to prevent further damage at my appointment but during my recent visit she could not recall the diagnosis insisted we discussed this being for keeping my teeth straight which is absolutely not true.

When the day of the appointment arrived and I showed up at the office, the staff told me they had to cancel my appointment and claimed they called me three times to let me know. I did not receive any calls or texts on the day of my appointment that communicated any cancellation. They could not provide any proof that they called me three times. My question is, why do they constantly harass you with texts and calls to confirm the appointment, but when it comes to canceling it, they give zero notice? Do not waste your time or money here because they are incompetent.

One of the WORST clinics I've been to. I had a filling replaced and it was placed extremely close…read moreto the nerve causing EXTREME pain. I went back the following day due to the pain. They pressured me to schedule the root canal in their office (they wanted almost 5k upfront for it) and the endodontist wasn't even in until the next week. At that point I was in so much pain I couldn't wait a week. I reached out to another office and they called aspen to request my x-rays so they would proceed with the root canal. Aspen claimed it would take 2-4 business days for them to get the x-rays sent over. When I called aspen and demanded them, they emailed them immediately and lied and said the other office didn't request them. I ended up getting an emergency root canal at another office who got me in the same day. They charged less than half of what aspen wanted me to pay and were much more professional and caring. Worst experience ever and will never return.
