He was always kind and encouraging about my teeth and inability to floss! He is very old and absolutely unprofessional! Do not go there if you don't want your teeth to be ruined and disfigured! I had to re-treat all three teeth that he "treated" for me. Unfortunately, one of them could not be saved. He is about 70 years old, his hands shake, he wears glasses with thick lenses and DOES NOT USE BINOCULARS during treatment!!! While absolutely all dentists are REQUIRED to use them during treatment. This is a serious violation of medical standards! Do not be fooled by cheap prices, because then you will have to re-treat these teeth with other specialists for much more money. This is the best dentist in Los Angeles. After going to multiple dentists and having some bad experiences, I'm so happy that I found Michael. He was so informative and so easy to talk to. He reassured me about all of my concerns and fears and was gentle with the procedure. Despite doing my best to maintain my oral hygiene,I hadn't scheduled a dental cleaning in over two years due to some traumatizing experiences from my last dentist. Davidov's bedside manner is like nothing I've ever experienced. He is kind, funny, encouraging, and honest. My appointment today felt more like a guided meditation than a dental visit. I left my appointment feeling relaxed and confident. He provided some helpful tips and recommendations for day-to-day maintenance and tooth grinding. Referencing the negative botox review below, he did mention it was a helpful tool to relax key muscles and prevent grinding, but never related botox to my appearance. His scheduler Natalie warmly greeted me when I arrived and sanitized everything including the pen I used to fill out paperwork. It was apparent to me that they both take alot of pride in their work, and I am so happy to have found their office. Thank you for providing excellent care and customer service. I love his dental work, but I just called the office to make my first pandemic era appointment. When I asked to confirm that the office has been vaccinated, they told me, "Not Yet." I was shocked. They had no explanation. No reason. No information that they planned to get vaccinated. Dr. Davidov is maybe my favorite dentist ever. I really liked my previous dentist, but Dr. Davidov is just as expert a dentist and even more friendly and good-humored. I had a tooth with an old crown that had weathered too much wear, and Dr. Davidov saved it! He had to do really delicate work for a very long time (because it had become fragile over time, and could easily have cracked), and sure enough he saved my tooth. Thank you, Dr. Davidov! My only dental experiences over the past couple years have been with USC School of Dentistry. While the price can be nice at USC, I don't have the weeks to wait to become an official new patient for routine care. I also don't have the hours to spare for each individual appointment for treatment. I trusted Yelp to guide me to a new dentist that accepts Delta insurance. I'm pleased that I did. Dr. Davidov was gentle and no-nonsense. He didn't reprimand me for my flossing habits or make me feel bad for the irregularity of my previous dental care. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. He's a real person, and I really enjoyed my visit. He explained the x-rays as he took them so I could see the state of my teeth on the screen in front of me. When I got there, Natalie greeted me with a warm smile and was gracious and lovely. Now on to DR. Have you ever been to a dentist where they examin you? Then a well dressed employee walks in with a clipboard and tells you some "bad" news and you need dental work amounting to 3k to 5k, and not to worry they have payment plans you can qualify for!...scam, well this is completely the opposite experience! It is truly an old school family practice where Dr. Davidov will examine you take X rays and then let you know what are some of the options you may have. How refreshing a place that is not trying to sell you a product or a treatment that is not needed! Instead a Dr. giving you good advice for whats best for their patients, Wow! How refreshing this day in age! The office is small upstairs but clean and comfortable. The receptionist Natalie is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Davidov will walk you every step of the way on your procedure as he is doing it as you lay on the chair. He was very efficient and my treatment (extraction) couldn't of been more then 10 minuets. Dr. Davidov is a very professional and straightforward dentist. I first saw him over a year ago for a regular cleaning, he had advised me to remove one of my wisdom teeth before it started hurting.
