M&M property Management was very prompt about correcting issues; the air conditioner broke twice while I was there. I moved out and left the place absolutely spotless with the yards well mowed and the trees appropriately trimmed. The place looked way better both inside and out than when I moved in. I received a check eighteen days after moving out for $670. The invoices claimed $2,000 in yard care and $280 in inside cleaning. I can't claim fraud, it's possible that my property manager Jason Oliveira is blind or incompetent at his job. It is possible that M&M Property Management calls in their contractors regardless of how the property was left. I don't know how they function but do know that this is not best management practices and appears shady.

However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward.
