Surgery had to be rescheduled after waiting for months because they didn't have an anesthetist covered by insurance. The estimate was wrong, and I kept getting hit with unexpected bills, one of which came 10 months after the procedure. The procedure also failed and had to be redone. I would never go back here or recommend them to anyone. What an awful ordeal. I'm looking forward to being a year out from the procedure so I can be sure they won't send me anymore bills.

Earlier this week I had a consult to discuss bonding, which seemed to go well, and I signed a quote from the receptionist, Alicia, for around $1700 for everything. Two days later I received an email, rather than a call, stating that they had made a mistake. I was okay with paying a bit more if necessary, so I wasn't concerned until I saw that they had doubled the cost to $3500. Alicia never took direct accountability for quoting me the wrong amount, instead saying that she was "sorry that an inaccurate price was quoted" as if it wasn't her mistake. There have been a lot of minor issues, like rescheduling me last minute, that I have looked past because I understand that things happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a lack of care that is extremely disappointing.

After returning 3 more times I had received reinforcement composites on teeth that had long since needed the procedure reapplied, a bridge created to help a back tooth that was fracturing from double duty because the tooth in front had been pulled years before. I had been thinking my teeth looked pretty good for a 72 year old and so I let some things go. Wrong thought process...as long as you're still alive the functionality is paramount!!! Dr Justine was and will continue to be my dentist. Very calm, gentle, and efficient! Did I say calm? That's the kind of dentist I need. Her staff were incredible! I sincerely mean that. Ericka performed the majority of my initial appointment to prepare for my root canal, and it went by quickly and efficiently. She's a pleasure to talk to and she clearly explained my case and alongside Dr. West, explained the plan for the root canal My root canal performed by Dr. West was ENTIRELY pain free. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure and could tell that he was being very thorough. It is evident that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and he has a beautiful office and practice to show for it. It's definitely no accident that his team is comprised of the kind, communicative people I had the pleasure of interacting with; dental work/root canals can be stressful, but I never once felt stressed in his team's care. The billing department was simple to work with and handled my insurance seamlessly. Was treated completely unreasonably because they required I pay a deposit the day before my appointment, even though I've never had to prepay for any services there, and because my card wasn't working over the phone was told I'd have to reschedule the appointment until I could come into the office just to pay, instead of allowing me to make the payment in person the day of the appointment....highly recommend you find a better dentist office with more reasonable and respectful policies
