Dave came out the following day and installed it with his technician. Very professional and efficient, he even took a few hundred dollars off the price that he initially quoted. Two comments: Ray may charge a few dollars more than some other plumbers, but in the professional trades, I've always believed that you get what you pay for. Being cheap just doesn't pay in the long run. The other comment is to be VERY wary of any "plumber" that doesn't list his/her license. By law, a plumber's license type and number must be shown on any sign, listing, or advertisement. If he/she doesn't list it, they're probably not licensed, and you could run into insurance problems if there's ever the need for a claim.
