Smoothest, quickest and best experience with Johns sewer. My kitchen drain backed up and was recommended by family to reach out to johns sewer. I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. I had clogged kitchen sink and contacted them on Monday night, they quickly responded with an estimate. They also gave me multiple availabilities for the next day. The technician Santo came and fixed the clogged kitchen sink drain. It was deeper clog so he used a long snake and made sure the pipe to the main drain was unclogged. Our drain from the toilets seemed to be slowing down, Called John Sewer and a service technician came within 3 hours. He fully opened a couple of hot water faucets for about 10 to 15 minutes and then went to lift the sewer cover in the street and we could hear the water flowing. Since then, no further problem (may be grease had started to pile up somewhere and got washed away). The servie technician was pleasant, friendly and a good listener. Called John's at 8:30P on a Tuesday night for a rather serious main sewer line blockage, halting all water usage in the house. Answering service picked up and 2 min (literally) later, Kyle called me back. We discussed this issue, he explained their very resonable pricing structure. 40 min later Kyle is in my basement getting to work. He explained every step in the process, educating me as he went about his work. He quickly corrected the issue and I was back in service only 2hrs after finding the issue. Kyle's customer facing skills were where this review gets 5-stars. He was articulate and informative, the whole time with a positive attitude and a smile. I had a terrible clog in my main pipe. The first plumber that came to our place did his best but he couldn't figure out what was wrong, the water was still backing up. We thought the problem was in the city line. However, after a lot of back and forth with the city, they claimed that the problem was in our unit. We called John's again.
