The other optician didn't make the lenses correctly and didn't fit them in my existing frames correctly. Voorthuis checked them out for me, suggested what had to be done with the lenses and pointed out that the problem with the frames was a frequent issue with the line when it first came out. They got in touch with the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement for me. I then used their feedback to get the other optician to fix the lenses. I used to work at an eyeglass store many years ago, so I understand the industry a bit. They have a doctor's examination room, an eyeglass & CONTACT LENS labs, & a full frame store is great enough. To have it packaged in the ultra-modern shiny style is the icing on the cake! They have an incredible selection of frames from average brands to high-end luxury. Check out the Prada frames I feature in the video. Once I saw what they had to offer I wish I needed more than a simple frame adjustment. BTW... they always adjust your frames whether you bought them at LensCrafters or not. One of the many reasons I continue to use LensCrafters for my optometrist needs. With only 7 locations in the US with the new look, Pike & Rose is lucky to have one. BRAVA LensCrafters!! Hope you will roll out the new technology in a lot more locations & internationally!

BAD EXPERIENCE I understood that Lens Crafters (based on the name) actually crafted lenses. They made it in the store. I thought that was the whole dang business model. Then, for some reason they had to order my lenses and then they got lost in transit. I am just baffled. Is this just a standard glasses shop now like every other place, but with weird shipping issues? Maybe that was just a bad week?
