My Timbuk2 laptop bag is still in great shape 7 years later, but consolidating to one bag is just so much more convenient. Enter Michael Kors outlet! Here you'll find a fantastic array of handbags, clutches, wallets, small leather goods, scarves and even clothes. I've never been a huge fan of the Michael Kors clothing line but I do like some of the resort collection dresses. What's better is the clearance handbag section which is nestled in the back of the store near the apparel. There I found a beautiful black leather tote capable of holding my laptop with all of the bells and whistles I was seeking. The original outlet price (already discounted) was listed as $399, but inclusion in the clearance section yielded an additional 40% off! It took all of 2 minutes to realize this was a solid buy and couldn't be passed up - the leather is soft and buttery and the gold-toned hardware makes it look 'rich'. Also not to be missed - the sunglasses! You may find a better deal at the Solstice sunglasses outlet a few steps away but the selection is far superior at the Michael Kors outlet. read more

After trying on the bag a SALES rep finally walked over to compliment the purse. She was definitely being helpful to her benefit at this point. I've never seen such rude and stuck up people in my life until I went into this store and interacted with their store manager Audura and her assistant manager Lindsey. I will never shop at this store again. Being a restaurant manager I know what good service is and this store does not provide good service. I understand that there are policies in place for a reason, however, two hours after I made a purchase I noticied my purchase was defective and I just wanted to get the same bag minus ripped stitching and I got told "no returns or exchanges, no exceptions". It was two hours later and the item was damaged. Bags are decent priced. Sunglasses you can get cheaper at Solstice. If your looking for watches go a couple of stores down to Watch Station. They have a much larger selection, cheaper prices, they will size your watch (which Michael Kors won't do), and they provide service after the sale and answered all my questions. Let me start by saying I frequent this location and have never had a problem before. However it is the weekend before Mother's Day and I am out of town. My husband offered to go to the store and look for something for me. He walked through the store for 10 minutes with me on FaceTime and no one acknowledged. Not one hello, here are the sales, may I help you, I'm busy and will be with you in a second. Nothing! I was disappointed to say the least. I asked him to leave the store and immediately contacted the manager to express my dissatisfaction that he was not treated in the manner I was accustomed to. Shawnna proceeded to explain they were busy and only had one person on the floor. Quite a contrary to my husband stating several people walked past him. What a great experience I've had today at the Michael Kors outlet! We were greeted by Deah who gave us EXCELLENT customer service! She answered all my questions and went in the back to check on things so I could have a brand new bag that hadn't been tried on or touched! I was served by Joshua and never felt so discriminated in my life. I gave him my bank card which he swiped and he asked what country I am from, I told him England and he told me I don't accept foreign cards, sorry. I said it's an American card, chase is an American bank. He then glared at me and repeated he doesn't accept foreign cards. I told him to swipe it again and it went through. Worst experience ever!!! My parents bought a watch for Christmas of 2017, they decided to return in January. Michael Kors were supposed to put the money back on to the card but it's now August and they have yet to receive it!! They've talked to the store, and to corporate, they did exactly what the workers told them to do. All that money lost. read more

I like this store. The employees have been very helpful every time I've gone. I did a return today with absolutely no issues and received my money back on my card right away. I took my girlfriend here yesterday to get a watch sized and the place was a ZOO. Fortunately, the jewelry counter was at the front and there were two associates who were very willing to help us. Worse shopping experience! I come in the store and I was greeted by 2 employees telling me the whole store had 60 % off retail price. Then another girl told me that if I get a coupon online I could get an extra 20% off. It sounded like a great deal. There was a section in the back of the store where the clearance items had a 70% off the last price. Anyway, I liked a bag in the rack where it had the sign 70% extra. I asked the girl that was helping me how much it was. She gave me the price and I thought it was a pretty good deal. She reassured me it was a great deal and asked me if I needed more colors. There was 3 bags in the same rack so I told her I would take them all since the price was so good. She said price vary sometimes because of the color so she checked them all and she told me the price once again confirming they were all the same price. We go to the register to check out and this guy tells her that's impossible and someone must of put all the bags in the wrong rack. The girl that was helping me even tells him the were all in the clearance rack and that she checked the price several times. He refuses to sell them to me! This is called FALSE ADVERTISING and let me tell you is against the law! read more

I was really excited to see what this store offered, but I could not even look around for 30 seconds without 5 employees asking me if i needed help. I understand wanting to give great customer service, but when someone is shopping and doesnt look at you for help, leave them alone! The last straw was when i was looking at the purses and talking to my boyfriend about one, then the girl looks at me and smiles and says,"heeey are you shooppppinng?" One of the stars is only because I like this brand. The other is because I have to give at least one star. I've been to this particular store a few times thinking every time the service has to improve but no it never does! I feel I get very poor service especially from the ladies who work here, I'm not sure if they just feel entitled or lazy or both but I can't handle it sometimes when I'm there and they treat me as if I'm a scene from Pretty Woman. I just left this store entirely disappointed in the customer service. I walked in wearing gym clothes and was never once spoken to. The other nicer dressed shoppers were all greeted and helped. I looked at 3 different purses and wanted to look at a watch but seeing how I was completely ignored, I decided I did not want to purchase a single thing in that store. Terrible Customer Service. My wife took her Michael Kors watch to get sized, and the girl broke the pins in the watch. Without telling my wife, they gave her the watch and when she put it on, the springs/pins popped off and the watch fell off her wrist and onto the floor. I took the watch back to the MK store in San Marcos and spoke with the Manager. The MK team could not fix the watch and the Manger was very rude. Worst return policy that I have ever experienced. The outlet store return policy is much different than the department store return policy - that is for sure, so beware. Read it before you buy. Most things are considered final sale, meaning no return allowed. Other things, you get only store credit. They will not return money to your credit card, regardless if it is full price paid. And then, I had to argue the case to even get store credit, otherwise, they wanted to say it was final sale. They don't honor even exchanges either. I tried to return a handbag for the same of another color, but it was at a higher price, so they wanted to charge a higher price - I never have seen that in another store in all my life. This is the worst return policy I have ever seen, so customers beware. No signs in the store, but you will see the return policy on the back of the receipt, after you buy. Too late then! Ask them to provide written policy before you buy and then judge for yourself. I am steamed and will not return to this store again. read more
