The other front desk girls are new and very pleasant but they really don't know what they doing. Dr. Ing would give me an estimate and these girls would try to run a way more expensive bill claiming this and that needs to be done which wasn't required by my Dr. It makes me so nervous every time I have a procedure done because I am charged so many different amounts varying from one associate to the next. My family has been going there for many years, but we will follow Dr. Ing to his new location! He is the best!

He should just retire. First of all, Tottori has about 5-6 chairs where all clients sit at the same time and he goes from one chair to the next, spending about 5 minutes on each person then runs away and hides in his office. The assistants are then there to do ALL the work. I've seen this practice over the two years I been going there, and he never spent more than 5 minutes with me, EVER. He never took any of my concerns seriously and always just brushed me off. I ended up with all the problems I addressed BEFORE starting treatment- when he reassured me we wouldn't run into those problems or that he had an "idea on how to fix the problem if we run into it". Sure enough, I'm left to deal with it now through my dentist which will cost me another $4000 because even my dentist said my ortho did a horrible job.! I also ended up with a bad bite which Dr. Totorri said was NORMAL! I have an overbite which I never had before! My treatment was ended early by 6 months as he said "this is the best we will get" even tho I still had gaps in my teeth from all the extractions he required. All my teeth have huge spaces in between them!! When they removed my braces, they did such a horrible job that my front teeth have scratches and dents from the removal of the brackets. They didn't even polish it down. I can still feel the glue on every tooth! Plus my teeth are all slanted inward now so it looks very awkward. I'm spending $10,000 now on a smile I'm so not happy with. All because of Dr. Tottori. An orthodontist should be proud of his work and happy when his clients are happy. This guy should be ashamed of himself. DON'T CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ORTHO TREATMENT.

Now I have United Concordia again and I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years. It was time I had my teeth cleaned and xrayed. Once again it was so easy to make an appointment. My hygienist was so fun! She made my appointment so comfortable. Also, despite not going to the dentist for so long, I only have two cavities! At first this place seem to be good/decent so I kept my dentist here. All visits was good until my cleaner recently got pregnant and I got switched to someone new I never got my teeth cleaned before. So I ended up getting this older woman who cleaned my teeth twice and let me tell you, she was horrific!!! She made me feeel uncomfortable and kept talking. She kept telling jokes as she cleaned my teeth and I couldn't answer her as she cleaned my teeth. The first time I thought she was just being "nice" and probably was nervous? I dont know but I wanted to give her a second chance on my second visit. Nope, it was jsut as worst and annoyed! On my third visit, I was really hoping I didn't get her but I'm so glad I didn't! It looked like she probably quit that place! Thank you because she was too weird to be working at a place that have young people working there. She didn't culturally fit in. This is one of the reasons I gave 1 star. Now, the ultimate REASON for this 1 star is my recent experience. So I had to appointment scheduled on a Saturday 11am. Mind you, the office called me on Friday nearly almost 5pm at around 440ish and left me a voicemail stating that they couldn't validate my insurance and that I already had a balance of about $86.xx. The lady who spoke to me stated "she does not know where the balance came from but I owed them that amount". So I proceed to call back. When I did NO ANSWER! And this was about 445pm right after I have missed the call and checked voicemail. When I got a hold of someone the NEXT day of my appointment (couple hours before), I spoke to someone and gave her my new insurance info AND asked her where they balance came from. Now she told me that they couldn't verify my insurance and HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT TO NEXT WEEK. Then she proceeds to tell me that my $86.xx is from FLOURIDE. This is outrageous because when I was offered this fluoride treatment, the front people told me IT WAS COVERED. Now they are telling me insurance won't pay for it because I am "OUT OF AGE". This is ridiculous. If they had checked before hand I wouldn't have took the FLOURIDE treatment. This is owed for 2023 and 2024 two treatments. This is so sad that they do not know how to do their jobs! On top of that, when I called back on another day for them to "VERIFY" my new insurance, one of the ladies told me that they didn't have my "new" insurances in there when I in fact had given it to them when I had to reschedule my damn appointment!!! MANAGEMENT: PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. I did like coming here but now it's time to find a new dentist after all these mishaps that could have been prevented.

I dont really give out reviews unless I find it necessary. That said, I only do so when it's bad service. When I told them it felt off, the doctor fixed it on the OPPOSITE side of where I told them, which wouldn't be a problem, but when they fixed it on the right side, it added up so ultimately it still had the same issue. Not only that, the person who was taking care of me [i didn't get her name] pinched my lip pretty hard between the braces wire and the brackets. When I reacted the first time, it hurt pretty bad. I was still a little worried when she did it again, because she pinched it a few times and it stung a bit while she put it on, I flinched. She seemed kind of annoyed at that. I felt uncared for and like they didn't care about my comfort and needs. Now I look at it, it's really uncomfortable to "rest" my mouth to look normal, and when I actually rest it the "build up" is what they called it, forces my mouth to look crooked due to uneven amounts on each side. It's slightly unclear in the photos, but it's more clear if I had gotten them from the same angle. Other than that normally it's better service, so hopefully it'll get better again with time with this new doctor, but I'm not a fan of it so far.

I was already planning to commit, but didn't feel any type of genuine connection as a patient/client on behalf of the sales team. I did sign. But, having committed to spending thousands of dollars you would think that they would have set me up for success.. only to find out the day I get fitted for my retainers, "Oh, we don't have the digital monitoring attachment for iPhone 17 pro max. We will call you to pick that up when we get the attachment...." Like, shouldn't you have asked what kind of phone I had before? They said the attachment would come in a week, and they would give me a call when it becomes available so I can pick it up. I waited a week.. a month... I am now on week 13 out of 26 and they send me a text asking why I haven't started my digital monitoring...? OH, with the attachment that you never bothered to call me to pick up? Um, hello... I was waiting for a call back. If that wasn't bad enough.. They sent me a "referral" by text message to get my wisdom teeth removed.. I was very nervous to do the removal, and if my nerves weren't already firing, I found out the day of surgery that Holiday Orthodontics Pearl City never even sent a referral stating which teeth should be removed, or anything at all for that matter.
