However, my time and energy have been wasted on several occasions by the front desk staff to the point that I am choosing a different dental office to visit. Two of my appointments in the past few months were cancelled within 48 hours. This is extremely unprofessional. I have 3 cleanings per year through Delta Dental. I was told on two separate appointments by Aspen Dental staff that I owed out of pocket for these cleanings, which I know is not true. This time, I was told that I needed to wait 30-45 calendar days for Aspen Dental to verify my insurance. As soon as I called Delta Dental, they confirmed that this could be confirmed online within 30 seconds. I waited on a 3 way call for Aspen Dental to figure out my plan on their end and they couldn't do it after 20 minutes on the phone. It seemed like laziness to me. Delta Dental staff confirmed with me that this issue should not be happening. It seemed like this was Aspen Dental's first day in dealing with insurance so I took my service elsewhere

She didn't seem to know better. Nice staff. Untrustworthy but will make you feel like you're their best friend.

During those visits I had extensive halo X-rays and regular X-rays. Today I was told if I didn't have a "big picture done" Each Individual Tooth X rayed, they would not clean my teeth. I walked out. That is not necessary. I just had halo X-rays done a year ago. It isn't healthy to have that many X-rays. I am 72. I am not getting all new crowns or veneers. Not going back ever. Furious. They would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to have each tooth xrayed!

Was having a bad day went I entered the dentist office for my semi annual cleaning. Susan kaylie,…read morethe hygienist came out to the lobby to greet me. She was very pleasant and cheerful. Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.
