The staff and Dr. Reynolds himself are all pleasant, professional, positive and work well as a team. My appt for a consultation was at 330pm and I was in my car heading home at 5pm. During this 1 1/2 hours, I was given a thorough consultation with X-rays and tests, explained the procedure, given the root canal AND had a post procure explanation. ZERO PAIN during and now after the procedure. I mean zero! Dr. Reynolds even had a "shake technique" he uses when giving the numbing shot...you don't even feel it. Crazy! I felt NOTHING during the procedure and they showed me photos he took during the procedure so I could see step by step what he did. They explained everything and provided a post-procedure paper. I had my first root canal a couple years ago with a DIFFERENT PROVIDER and it was absolutely one of the most painful experiences or my life. I was nervous to get my second root canal today but I won't be in the future. If I ever need another....I'm 100% going back to this office and doctor.

I needed to have an apicoectomy & bone graft due to an infected nerve from an old root canal procedure. The worst part of the procedure was the painful needle in the roof of your mouth to numb everything. With Dr. Jake at the helm, everything else is a cake walk. He worked quickly but thoughtfully, communicating positively with me & his dental assistant throughout the procedure. Quietly saying things like, "this is looking great" & thanking me or his assistant for the smallest thing; like tilting my chin for better access. He was so smooth & calm during what could have been a very nerve wracking experience. Afterward, he called my husband in from the waiting room & went through in detail the aftercare steps we'd need to follow. My husband, who HATES going to the dentist, was WOWED by Dr. Jake. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. Lance- I wrote a formal letter detailing my experience and submitted it to my dentist/the practice. To my surprise, I never heard from my dentist of over eight years. Instead, a woman called me telling me they got the letter and they handled it. Nothing was said during the call that acknowledged the seriousness of the situation nor made me want to continue going to the practice.
