Im looking forward to the people of this office being around to help me take care of my teeth, and to teach me about what it is that they are actually accomplishing with each visit. i had had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at a dentist out of state. when i returned to spokane i was…read morestill in extreme pain, but it was a saturday. panicking, i found Summit and gave them a call. it was 10pm on a saturday night, i was expecting to have to leave a message... but Dr. Lopez called me back on his personal cell (at 10pm on a saturday!!) and had me come in the next day. i had two infected dry sockets and Dr. Lopez fixed me up, gave me proper medication and thorough instructions that i had not received at the other dentist. i have pretty extreme dental anxiety, but he explained everything to me and even played my favorite music to help calm me. to go out of his way to help me and open the office on his days off, for someone who isn't even a patient of his, is something i've never seen before. im so grateful i found Summit! highly recommend!!

I had dental issues after cancer and chemotherapy and needed a lot of work done. i told him I have fear around dental work but he assured me I would be fine in his care. Once the actuAl worked started started to have a few hesitations. if I tensed while he worked on my teeth he would tell me I just needed to breath deeply and relax. I tried but it was difficult and he would become stern and start talking to me in a lecturing manner. This continued until he had to be out of the office for surgery of some sort and without warning, I came to an appointment and instead of him, a different dentist was there. I felt confused. He ended up removing one of the implant post I had without talking to me about it and his work on my teeth was questionable. I had been fitted with dentures by Dr. K before his surgery and absence. when Dr. K. finally returned he seemed not to remember me and didn't believe me when I told him the dates he had done the work. He told me the dentures had to be much older than I was saying. he had his assistant check and found out I was telling home the truth. It only got worse from there. The dentures never fit correctly and when he would check them he would tell me the fit was good. The last visit broke down quickly. As he checked my teeth he kept asking me if I was grinding my teeth and saying they were fine. I told him that's not what he said before. I said that a number of times in response and he grew angry at me and raised his voice telling me to leave because he couldn't help me. He continued with a raised voice as I stood to leave. He said to me that it would have worked better with a lower bridge and I agreed as he blocked my way out of the room. The other patients were looking at me as I tried to get past him and to the door to leave. I finally got past him and hurried to the door to leave. It was one of the most humiliating experiences in my life.

I don't claim to be an expert on dentistry but in years past I worked in dental offices so I have a fairly good idea of who does excellent work and who doesn't! Dr. Regalado's dentistry is some of nicest I have seen here in Spokane! All an all he is generally a very nice man very kind and patient. He used state of the art equipment to create a porcelain crown, which really impressed me. No waiting for two weeks to have it sent to a dental lab, it was all done in his office using a computer and a machine which carved the crown. Dr. Molgard put my mom through months of no teeth. She lost 30 lbs (after already being incredibly…read morefrail) because she couldn't eat and then just charged her another $900 for who know what. He had to make multiple temporary dentures. It cost her over $30K and nothing. She had her teeth pulled in the summer of 2022 and received her final dentures today, January 19th, 2023. He had temporary dentures that never fit. He was never on call and was always "out". He made her drive in on sheets of ice and a snow storm for her appointment because he was "out" if she rescheduled. She had to see her general doctor for for help with her digestive system because she couldn't eat. She had to see the surgeon who pulled the teeth who was wonderful but could help the dentures. I'm furious they took advantage of an elderly woman. The health issues she's been through because of it is horrendous! I went to multiple appointments with her and they were unsympathetic and could never "quite get it right". I will be looking into legal action against him and reporting him to the American Dental Association.
