From the moment I sat down, she was pleasant and listened carefully to what I wanted. She asked thoughtful questions to make sure she completely understood what I had in mind. Her eye for color and highlights is exceptional. She took the time to really look at my skin tone and natural hair color, and then chose the perfect blend of color and highlights to complement my complexion. You can tell she takes pride in her work and has a genuine artistic sense when it comes to selecting the right tones. She also surprised me and added a glaze conditioner during the rinse, which noticeably made my hair soft and silky for weeks afterward! I don't know why they have so much turnover, prior to coming here, I had the same hairstylist for years and years until she sadly moved away.
