I contacted three eye doctors to get their opinions and requested Tri State Eye to fax my records to them. Tri State Eye faxed two but refused to fax the third one. My appointment with this last doctor is on Monday. Tri State Eye calls me Thursday at 5 PM to tell me they are NOT faxing it over but I can pick up copies of my records for a small fee. Then she adds on Friday they are open till 12 PM. Which by the way on their website and phone greeting message says they are open 8:30 - 4:00 Monday - Friday.. It' s obvious that their patient care office doesn't priorities patient health. Apparently saving money on faxes is more important than their patients eye health.

We're not forthcoming with me. I asked for my records from Orange ambulatory service in Cornwall I could not get them. I don't know why I could not get my records to tell me exactly what lens was put in my eye and how much it cost they didn't know the codes or anything I am confused and out of $4000 I am upset and will have to wait to find out with my insurance company. What happened and if I will get my money back for the operation that I had. If not, I will have to get a lawyer. My experience with this doctor was horrible. I do not recommend him to anyone.
