This guide is not at all what I was expecting it to be based on the description. It provides no answers to the questions posed in the summary, only offers a rudimentary rubric that could be applied across any number of luxury brand purses. I was not expecting information specific to my exact bag, but there is a total lack of helpful information. I requested a refund and was denied one. This aspect of the business feels like a complete scam. Furthermore, there are several inaccuracies in this document. It is inaccurate to say that repetitive grain pattern is an indicator of a counterfeit bag given that Hermès utilizes pressed leathers such as Epsom and Madame. As for the comment that leather thickness is based on bag size, this is not accurate. Hides are skived according to the model type, and where on the bag that piece will be. For example, a Kelly's side panels are thinner than the front panel.

We were the only two customers in the store and masks were worn. At the time we came in, one of the employees was cleaning the countertops and noticed she was cleaning them again when we had left. We had to place our rings on layaway, and with everything going on, they said if it took us a month or two extra to pay it off, they would understand. When we did pay them off a few months later, their summer hours clashed with my work hours. Mrs. Roof offered to deliver it to me at my workplace! I am very pleased with their service and so happy to have chosen a more local place to give my business!
