I have owned Rolex watches in the past, but this time I was looking to purchase new. I checked with several Rolex dealers in the Southeast and was disappointed that either they had no Rolex watches in stock to observe and compare in person, or either my phone calls and emails were never returned. David was able to navigate me through my indecisiveness and helped me to choose the perfect Rolex watch. I needed the watch engraved. He was able to set up the engraving promptly, as I was on a tight time schedule to give the watch as a gift. I work long shifts quite a distance from the store. David took the time out of his day to kindly deliver the watch to me in person at my workplace, completely photographed, engraved and wrapped as I had wished. First of all I just want to say how great and truly awesome all of the staff was at Sylvan's especially Justin! He went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of the custom ring I had ordered. We met several times to discuss and plan the changes and every time we met, he went above and beyond! Justin also gave me quite a few options to choose from including ordering several diamonds to pick from and I was able to give him samples of other rings in form of a picture and both of his jewelers and embroiders were able to combine multiple, detailed elements into a unique, custom, work of art. We stayed in contact for nearly a month and even with my hectic travel schedule he would sent me videos and pictures of the progress which was great! Second, the actual craftsmanship and quality of work and diamonds in this store is truly breathtaking. As I first came in, my dream was to have exactly what they ended up creating. Sylvan's and, in particular, Justin Schirra, was incredibly helpful and prompt in the repair of two rings of great sentimental value. I had lost a stone in one because of a broken bracket and I also greatly needed my engagement ring beefed up before I lost that stone as well. They were extremely accommodating as I waited for my insurance company to process the claim for the lost stone. My son came to visit for the first time in a number of years. For his upcoming birthday, I wanted to give him an heirloom cross from my Ukranian grandmother.
