The lady said they had been super busy with the 15% off coupon that was sent to Ollie's Army Rewards members. I also got a 10% off coupon for my shopping level. Wish they would have separated these out so there weren't two coupons both expiring in November. The one thing I came for (protein bars) they had a very limited stock. That is one challenge with Ollie's because merchandise is constantly changing and is different from location to location. If they would cleanup the merchandise and remove the pallets the rating would go from 3 to 4 or 5. Checkout was quick and efficient. The register operator was nice.

There's no variety of the old fashioned department store feel, stores that are classy, fun, unique, except driving to Posner Park, or worse Tampa/Orlando, but same cookie cutter types, or one called Ollies...good choice for bargains...The Eagle Ridge Mall needs an overhaul or to be condemned. But still this area needs more stores. Wal*Nutz, Target don't cut it... the culture and clientele that shop there eventually trash it and act ghetto ... it's despicable...crime centers especially Wal*Nutz...Bring back Penny's, Macys. Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it. Most likely because they were all rusted and falling apart. The toilet paper roll was just sitting on top of the toilet tank lid. The paper towel roll was by the sink. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.

This is our go to Best Buy and appreciate it's location and employees. I did try online Geek Squad who did a total scan but did not resolve the issue. I made in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

So I went into the store with a very strange problem. Knowing that digital games are non refundable, I fully expected to have to pay out of pocket and buy the game twice. The staff was amazing. It took a good hour at the register, at one point having 4 people trying to help. Alex and team tried many different options, even issuing a new code for the game. It still didn't work, so they exchanged the card that wouldn't work for an xbox gift card. Even though I ended up paying the difference for the gift card ($10.01, truly not bank breaking) the fact that the employees all worked together to help make the situation right for my kid. There is a reason we keep going back to Best Buy. Employees like this group, at 11:30-12:30 on Tuesday 5-2-23, are a big reason why. Thank you

When we finally picked the beanies we approached the cash register where an employee was there and the Manager who was looking at me before, as well was there, we paid for our items right in front of her face and the employee bagged everything for us, he was nice tho. When we were making our way to the exit she starts yelling to STOP and harassed me and my girlfriend all the way to the exit we stopped and she believed we stole property. It was really embarrassing bc the store had people and they were all looking, I proceeded and gave her the receipt and she just snatched it from my hand looked at it and then walked in to the store, she NEVER APOLOGIZED OR SAID OH MY BAD, u know I would of laugh it off and continue with my day, so I walked in and she was in the register, I said that what she did wasn't really nice and that If i could please have her name so i could report it to corporate. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER FIRST NAME ( keep in mind she is a manager ) Then i asked one of the employees for her first name and the employee refused as well. I kept asking her and she refused over and over again till the point that two people that didn't know what happened stepped in and said ( HEY MAN YOU ARE HARASSING HER LEAVE HER ALONE ) bruh. I was like First of all she harassed me and my spouse and the 2 people that stepped in were like ( That doesn't matter you are harassing her ) . So besides that I was racially profiled by the manager, 2 people jumped in to defend her bc she was a woman and I WAS THE GUY. To top it off she was laughing the whole time when the two people were arguing with me. Then she went ahead and called security and I got kicked out of the Store for trespassing.
