Zack and I were very thrilled to leave with classy style after our ceremony. Michael was easy-going with us and we enjoyed our talks while being on the Rolls Royce. The conversation that the company and my dad had was above and beyond! My dad arranged the Rolls Royce and limousine for our wedding party and it came out perfectly! I am very pleased to say that you all made Zack and I feel very special on our wedding day. My bridal party enjoyed being on the limousine. From the first phone call, it was very clear that Michael's Limousine was not only the most reasonably priced transportation service company I had researched for my future sister-in-law's bachelorette party and wedding, but they were the most articulate, friendly and well-organized company I had spoken with. They took the time to get to know me, why I needed a limo, what kind of limo would work for the event I was planning and relate their experience from past events to me to help me coordinate my own. They cared about making sure I was getting the best experience for my budget - even if that meant sacrificing some cash on their end. I could tell that each person they worked with was someone they wanted to build a long-term relationship with. "Mike Jr." as I call him was my contact with the company and the owner's son. It was great to coordinate this event with someone who was clearly raised with a sense of how to speak to people kindly and respectfully and also with common sense and knowledge of the business and industry. Never once did I feel that I had to have my "guard on" as all aspects of the evening were planned and made clear by both parties before the event even started. I could truly relax and enjoy the night. John, our driver was on-time, well-informed of the evening's plans, knowledgeable of the venues which we were visiting & directions to/from and looked very sharp. The limo was absolutely fresh and spotless. John took the time to show us how to work all of the controls within the car and then let us have our evening. John's driving skills were safe, smooth and we felt very comfortable and safe in his care. We have reserved this company's services for the wedding in one week and we are requesting John as our driver. It will be like seeing an old friend! I recently used Michael's limousine for my wedding day! They want $500 for 3 hours, which was standard. I planned on being picked up at 1 pm and was only going to need them for 2 hours. While I was getting ready at the inn, the driver explained to hurry up because he has another event to get to at 3 pm. I'm sure every bride wants to be rushed on her wedding day. Well, by him saying that, he put a damper on my day, my bridesmaids were running around trying to get everything in the limo while I was by myself getting ready, very hurtful. To top it off, he drove like a maniac. We were drinking champagne that was spilling all over our dresses and we also had a 4 year old w/ us, that was sliding all over the place. He rushed us through pictures at the beach and now I am worried I didn't get enough pictures there. I only ended up using the limo for 1 hour, waste of money! I also want to warn you about the prices. He explained that he was going to add the gratuity beforehand, which was about $60-$70, on top of that, the driver insisted on getting another tip on top of the tip Michael already included. Since it was my wedding day and I didn't have time to argue, I gave him an extra $40. So thank you for rushing my wedding day, making me more nervous than I already was and thank you for driving so professionally. read more

I am very surprised on previous reviews. My first contact was via email. They were very quick to response to my emails. We wanted a Rolls Royce for our wedding 10/2/2016 and lucky for us they had it available for that day. Mike Jr. was very attentive to our needs. We were lucky to have Mike jr to be our driver. I originally had someone help with my dress and Mike jumped right in to help me with my dress and getting into to the Royce he also reminded me to be careful getting in so I didn't bang my head! I've been using Michael's for years at work for airport transfers as well as personally and they have always gone above and beyond. In our line of business, it is quite common that we receive very little notice that some one has to fly out or a flight had to be change, Micheal's always does their best (and almost always is successful) to accommodate the change. In fact, just last week, we had a super last minute flight and Michael Sr. did the transport himself because there was no one else available. I am very impressed with Michael's Limousine Co. today! I started my day off trying to get a quote I had requested online, and felt the service I was provided with over the phone was less than great. I received a call just a few hours after this occurred from Mike Jr., one of the owners. He was very apologetic, and asked if he could make it up to me, and really wanted to keep my business. I could really feel how important the customer service his business provides is to him. I am very pleased with Mike's willingness to help, and the empathy he showed through the phone. We used Michael's service to drive us to Vermont for a bachelorette party. Both drivers (Kevin and Stuart) were wonderful, respectful, and on time. Needless to say our group was a bit rowdy but both drivers were flexible with our requests for pit stops, packing our bags etc. Highly recommended. read more

Terrible. Michael's Limousine is absolutely terrible. My friends and I just experienced a Michael's Limousine debacle a few weeks ago for a bachelor party. Our limo van had a door that was held closed with a bungee cord. No AC. No Radio. No interior lights. Used champagne glasses (half-filled w/ alcohol). A driver from Haiti who spoke broken English and spent most of the night on his cell phone. And to cap it all off, the party bus broke down on Rt 114 ... past midnight ... in the rain. $1200. And today, I read a story about about a Micheal's Limousine van that broke down with a bunch of young girls on route to a Taylor Swift Concert at Gilliette. So it would appear that MIchael's didn't fix the problem. Wow. Just, wow. read more

What a terrible company, I would never deal with them again! We used Michael's Limousine for transportation at our wedding. The way there wasn't so bad, even though we almost got taken out by a Mack truck due to poor driving skills. However, it was at the end of the night that there was a problem. We had arranged for transportation home for our wedding party. When the hummer limo pulled up to our wedding venue, the driver got the vehicle stuck in the front circular driveway. After several attempts to get out by driving forward (instead of reversing as directed by the officer on site) we ran over a few rocks. To make a long story short the vehicle broke down. The driver let us sit in there for awhile before we figured out that we weren't going anywhere. He also had no idea of how to open the hood of the vehicle and one of our groomsmen had to get under the limo to see what was wrong. At this point, everyone started finding their own way home. While Michael's did offer to send a back up vehicle, the driver failed to communicate this in a timely fashion. Basically, it was a slow, disastrous process. It is clear to me the the drivers associated with this company are inexperienced. Now, I understand that mistakes happen and wasn't all that upset over this situation. It wasn't until the next day when I spoke with Michael, the owner of the company, that this became an issue in my mind. He was incredibly rude to me and basically implied that it was my fault the limo rolled off the tow truck the next day and was further damaged. He didn't apologize once and then hung up the phone on me. I was in complete shock that anyone would treat a paying customer this way. I wasn't looking for anything, just trying to have a conversation about the inconvenience we were caused on our wedding night. I would never recommend using this company to anyone. They are rude and untrustworthy (not to mention they only take cash). Be aware of the owner's temper and disposition! read more

Not the best experience!! The driver had no idea where he was going, where we were, or how to even drive the limo and get it up a hill. In fact, 8 13 year olds were told to get out because they were apparently "too heavy" when all were under 120 pounds. We eventually missed our reservation for my poor niece's sweet 13 at a very expensive and fancy restaurant that she was looking forward to greatly. The driver couldn't even find how to get to all the houses which were all within close proximity to each other. In the end, he asked for a tip- what nerve it took to do that after he completely ruined our night!! In conclusion we do not recommend this service!!!! read more

We rented the Mike Jr's Rolls Royce for your wedding night and it was perfect. He was easy to book, helpful in planning the time table, and I appreciated that he offered an hourly rate, unlike other classic car rentals. Mike was right on time, helped our photographer while we took pictures before leaving, was well dressed and the ride to our hotel was as smooth as could be. Very, very happy! read more

As much as I would like to give a good review to this vendor, I simply cannot. We had a terrible experience on our wedding day from the very start. We had a large limo coach for transportation on our big day for our 20 person wedding party. It arrived as scheduled and from the VERY beginning there was no AC in the vehicle. It was a 88 degree day and the limo driver never contacted the home base to let them know or even try to get a new limo coach out to us ASAP. When the boys got picked up they asked to turn up the air and he said it was already on and at its max, it was blowing steaming hot air. Once the girls got picked up we asked the same exact thing not knowing the boys already addressed it and he told us he didn't know what was wrong with the AC on the bus. We went into the church and came out, the driver had the door WIDE open with his windows open and said there was nothing he could do about the air. We were in the church for 1 hour he could have very well taken care of the situation while we were inside. 20 of us came out to a steaming hot limo coach with no windows to even open. The guys were sweating through their suits and the girls who were wearing barely anything were slipping all over the seats from being so hot. I was told we could make a playlist and hook it up with the AUX cord in the back to play for the ride...what do you know, the AUX cord was completely shredded and broken. The driver again told us he had no idea why it didn't work when it clearly was broken and had been for a long time. I would not recommend this company to anyone & even after speaking to management about the situation he did nothing for us after we spent all that $$ for a SAUNA practically...he made me feel even worse about my choice to use them for my big day. A lot of time and expense goes into planning a wedding which on the day of the event goes by very quickly and the dependency of the limousine service in picking up both the Groom party and the Bride party is mission critical. The contract that was signed by my daughter with Michael's Limousine of Greenwich, CT clearly outlines the 5 (five) stops. The Groom's party of 7 was scheduled to be picked up at Dolce Norwalk at 1:00 pm and arrived on time and they set off for their destination to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. A concern was raised by the groom on having everyone at the church, both groom and bridal parties, once he was told by the driver that the limousine was not allowed on the Merritt Parkway since it was a commercial vehicle. Normally this is a 20 minute drive but it turned out to be a 35 minute drive. The bridal party was to be picked up by the same limousine at 2:00 p.m. The driver was very rude and was using a Magellan GPS device that was attached to his vehicle. The passengers recommended driving a quicker way that the mobile application Waze recommended but the driver refused to alter his route. After arriving at SHU the groom instructed the driver to bring the bridal party around to the front of the church for easier access. The driver said "OK" and the groom and his party proceeded inside the church and met with the priest. The driver of the limousine never left to return to Dolce Norwalk to pick up the bridal party. It wasn't until a number of highly concerned phone calls were made from the bride's father to the groom that it was observed the limo was sitting parked at SHU and never left. The limo driver was then ordered to go and pick up the bridal party. The limo arrived at Dolce Norwalk to pick up the bridal party at approximately 2:58 p.m., a half hour after the wedding ceremony was set to begin, and the bridal party quickly piled into the vehicle. The driver was apologetic to the bride's father and said that he was never told that he had to pick up the bridal party. He was clearly trying to cover up his major mistake. The bridal party arrived at SHU at 3:36 p.m. and were not driven around to the front of the church as instructed by the groom. Everything at this point was now totally rushed and there was no time for photographs of the women and bride's Dad coming out of the limo. The ceremony was rushed due to the priest needing to leave at 4:00 p.m. This is all to blame on Michael's Limousine of Greenwich, CT. The ceremony started over one hour late and the photographs that were missed upon arrival were taken. Guests who arrived at the church waited well over 90 minutes for the ceremony to begin. This limo company took away over an hour of precious wedding time and is 100% at fault for scarring what is one of the most memorable days of our lives. When I called and spoke with a rep from this company he pointed the finger-of-blame at us and said that his company cannot work miracles. He told me that all the additional stops were not in the contract and they clearly are. His driver lied to him and blamed it on the Groom and his party stating that they did not come out to the limousine until 1:30 p.m. They are supposed to get back to me and provide me with all the details from data they are claiming to grab from their GPS device. I on the other hand have told them that I have hundreds of witnesses who can attest to their complete failure. I am seeking a full refund from this company for the services we paid for, the one hour of loss of the entire wedding parties of the Groom and the Bride who could not partake in the cocktail and appetizer reception hour, as well as the punitive damages suffered during this event. It is totally inexcusable and you should never deal with this company who has now become so defensive in making things right. FYI "Engine Light" was on in vehicle. They are claiming they are going to fix the problem and I have told them that the damage is irreversible. read more
