You walk into the building, then go up a couple steps and then you're in the shop where you are surrounded by framed posters and prints of all kinds. You definitely get the sense that there are years of experience here and I felt good about giving them my business. The owner (whose name I unfortunately did not jot down) is always super friendly and optimistic about what he can do whether it's framing a print and tickets from an event (which is why I was there) or even making a 3D shadow box type frame. They are open to giving an estimate and if you don't go with them, no harm, no foul. Service is always great. I believe I spent about $40+ to frame an 11x17" print and a couple tickets from an event. When the glass broke and had to be replaced, they did it for about $25. Given they had to carefully remove broken glass I did not have an issue with the prices. If you need something framed, give L&M a try!

Today was my first time ever visiting this fabric store and I was not happy with the service at…read moreall. As soon as I walked in, the only store employee who was working at the time named JANE did not greet me at all. She showed poor customer service and was not able to help me with what I needed. When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.
