I am so pleased to see some people that goes far to satisfy a customer. I visited Michael's and personally experienced this unlimited service with Avery. He was looking for a certain type of yarn that indicated on their website that five were in stock. Avery looked up, down and even in the stock room for this infamous yarn.. for at least 15 minutes. I begged him to stop looking but he would not stop the search until he found the product. Thank you Avery for providing your patience and endless customer service skills. I don't go to Michaels often, however, after today I plan to make this one of my "go to" stores. First I wasn't aware of Michaels custom framing. They were most helpful. I can say, without a doubt, the 2 sales people (Audie & Robert) I worked with were excellent. Robert initially began to help us but, when it became apparent we needed more expertise, was able to find someone who could help us more. This was a very difficult period as it was a Mother's Day gift for my sister who had just lost her only child (my niece) suddenly at 43 in March. Between the tears and the smiles she(Audie) was able to help us pick out frames and then help us put them together in a beautiful group. Because of their help we were able to get those mailed out so my sister will have them before Mother's Day! Many Kudos to Michael's for having these wonderful employees on staff. I went to Michael's to get some large and unique sized photo frames and some diy summer projects for kids. They have a really good sale going on this week, with items up to 70% off. Michael's also generally has discount codes available on many of the retail apps. This location has a classroom in the front where they offer cake decorating and many other courses. The location was well stocked and it was pretty easy to find the items that I went in for. The cashier, Lisa, was exceptionally pleasant. She made sure that some of my diy items weren't broken (they had a rattling sound inside the box) and made sure that all of my items were bagged in a way that would keep them from breaking each other. Gestures like that make such a difference. read more

The customer service is great. They are very helpful and friendly. I was able to find what I wanted.

Every time I shop here there is some type of confusion. I am a rewards member and I had coupons but the male cashier told me I could only use one coupon. I did not think that was correct but the line was very long and I did not want to inconvenience other shoppers. After finishing my purchase, I asked about the coupons and was told I could use BOTH! The cashier was told that, but again I did not want to go back in line to correct the purchase. More training please. The seasonal workers are in place and they don't know. read more

My Home Away From Home I love this Michaels. I find myself in this store 1-2 times a week, sometimes more. If we aren't there to grab supplies for my daughter's projects, we're there to get supplies and decor for the house. The staff is friendly and they tend to keep the store stocked. read more

This is my favorite of ALL the Michael stores, first because of the cleanliness of the store, secondly because of the fresh look of the displays, but above all else, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I have never had an issue with using coupons here (like other stores) and Claire, one of the outstanding cashiers and customer service people here, was very helpful today! I'm like Michaels but their store in McDonough was just okay. The selection wasn't as good as some other Michaels I have been in. Also they had the lights kind of dim...don't get me wrong i could still see but i felt like it could have been brighter. They seemed like they were trying to make it better before i moved away so maybe it's better now, but i prefered going to Hobby Lobby instead. read more
